The Trust owns part of the site of the Church and hall of Immanuel and St Andrew, Streatham, including the whole of the hall. Its main activity is to make its property available to the Parochial Church Council (PCC) for the furtherance of the activities of the parish. At present the PCC manages and maintains the Trust's property entrusted to it on behalf of the Trust.
