GUY’S AND ST THOMAS’ FOUNDATION IS AN INDEPENDENT CHARITABLE FOUNDATION INVESTING IN A HEALTHIER SOCIETY. WE FUND, INVEST, PARTNER, ENGAGE AND INFLUENCE TO COME AT BIG HEALTH CHALLENGES FROM ALL ANGLES. WE COLLABORATE WITH COMMUNITIES, PARTNERS, AND HOSPITALS, IN PARTICULAR GUY’S AND ST THOMAS’ NHS FOUNDATION TRUST, AND USE OUR ASSETS TO IMPROVE PEOPLE’S PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH.

St Christopher's Hospice exists to promote and provide skilled and compassionate palliative care of the highest quality. This high quality service is delivered to over 2,000 dying individuals and their families, friends and carers every year. We share our skills and expertise with others in the field through our extensive education and training programme and research into improving care.

As a non-profit distributing organisation we work in partnerships with councils, charities and other bodies to deliver health, leisure and community services that enrich people's lives.We deliver high quality community services including managing local parks, staging innovative public and private events, running sports and local facilities and organising health and wellbeing programmes.

The provision of specialist palliative care services to people diagnosed with terminal illnesses and their families.

The Foundation assists people, who live or work in Westminster and who are unable to access the housing market without assistance, by investing in social rented housing and affordable home ownership schemes. It does not make grants to individuals. It will however make grants to organisations, whose work assists its intended beneficiaries.

TO MANAGE THE ENDOWMENT ASSETS OF THE CHARITY IN THE LONG TERM INTERESTS OF ALL THE BENEFICIARIES OF THE CHARITY.THIS IS MEASURED BY THE INCREASE IN THE ANNUAL INCOME DISTRIBUTION TO THE BENEFICIARIES AND THE MAINTENANCE OF THE VALUE OF NET ASSETS.

PROVISION OF ORCHESTRAL SERVICES AND MUSIC EDUCATION

The charity provides for the benefit of the community in the Stockwell Park area, property management and maintenance services and associated amenities for persons in necessitous circumstances including the aged. The charity also provides activities seeking to prevent and/or relieve poverty and provides recreational and leisure time facilities with the object of improving conditions of life.

Providing sporting, social, cultural and recreational opportunities and facilities for students of King's College London;Advancing the welfare and physical and mental well being of students;Providing representation, advice and assistance to students on matters affecting their welfare and interests as students;Promoting and encouraging contact and co-operation between students

The University of Notre Dame (USA) in England exists to provide students with a period of study as well as supporting scholarly research and engagement in England. The University operates the following main programmes at its facility: the London Undergraduate programme, the London Law programme, and summer undergraduate and graduate programmes.

We undertake activities to promote the preservation of good mental health, in particular by enabling and empowering everyone experiencing mental health problems to live with, manage and recover from their condition. We also provide a range of services to relieve the needs and improve the quality of life of people with mental health problems and with dementia.

British Home provides specialist nursing care and rehabilitation to people living with neuro-disability. This includes both short and long-term rehabilitation, respite care and palliative care for those with degenerative illness.

The objects of the Charity are to create high quality, innovative and imaginative theatre for a wide and, in particular, young audience. The creation and presentation of high quality performances in unique adaptable auditoria, with far-reaching education and access policies, is achieved through a combination of box office revenue, public subsidy and fundraising.

The promotion and provision of advancement of education, particularly for dyslexic children. The Trust runs a school in Surrey which specialises in teaching dyslexic children. The school is primary and secondary up to Year 11 and GCSE and provides a full mainstream curriculum including a range of extra-curricular activities.

The charitable objects of the Foundation are the advancement through the medium of sport such charitable purposes as are capable of being so advanced; and such other charitable purposes associated with sport or physical recreation as the Trustees in their absolute discretion from time to time think fit.

To promote social inclusion for public benefit by preventing homelessness, social exclusion, believing the needs of those who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate in society. The provision of social low cost social housing for people in housing need. Any trading surplus is used to maintain existing homes and finance new ones.

The charity's mission is to work for the benefit of patients and service users of King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust across all its sites, and where considered appropriate, other bodies relating to the NHS in England, by enhancing services and facilities, supporting research and development and improving the working environment for staff.

The trust has kept to its principle aim of working with homeless and disadvantaged persons especially those with alcohol and drug related problems. It offers a residential programme of support at three levels - post-detox accommodation/support, rehabilitation and move-on houses. It emphasises a communal style of living in all its houses. The trust offers three stages of care to its client group.

Age UK Lambeth empowers older people to achieve a full quality of life by providing: good quality information, advice and advocacy; diverse services and support including befriending and carrying out minor repairs, improvements or adaptations to enable older people to maintain their independence; an extensive programme of activities to help older people achieve personal goals.

The Foundation provides a wide range of services for local people with disabilities, their families and carers, by the provision of a school, a registered residential home and a day centre. The Foundation provides a welfare support service for the children and adults and their families and carers, liasing in these matters with various relevant statutory support bodies.
