The charity operates 'The Angel community centre and 'All Saints Hall' in Langport. The Angel provides a volunteer led variety of social, welfare, hobbies and activities for community support, particularly those not supported by mainstream services elsewhere. All Saints Hall is available for hire by local groups, organisations and individuals.

Broadway Youth & Community Centre provides a hall with facilities for community use in the Grindon/Barnes area of Sunderland.Current activities include Children's Dance lessons, Toddler groups, fitness classes for all ages with Active Families NE, a meeting venue for the Association of Sunderland Town Women's Guilds, Broadway Towns Womens Guild and Sunderland & District Model Railway Society.

Activities are created through the development and running of interest groups, each of which has a specific learning purpose. The range of interest groups is extensive from Geology, Naval History, Walking, Music, Boating & Sailing, Theatre, Current Affairs, Genealogy, Table Tennis, Weather Watching, Astronomy, Astro-Navigation, etc.

Aviation museum is open to the public three days per week during the summer months and a limited period during winter months.We open outside normal hours by appointment for schools, historic societies, U3A groups. The Museum has an active Aviation Society and speakers are invited to speak on Aviation subjects.

A second hall was built in 2007 - access for disabled was improved. Play area been re located to a safer sight. The club builds model railways, largely for display purposes. Its layouts are available for charities to raise funds. Layout building enables skill transfer for the many aspects of model making, including woodwork, electric circuitry, analogue and digital propulsion control, detailed model and scenic construction. Heritage displays are mounted as well as regular contributions to major exhibitions.
