King Edward's Hall is a facility that is available for hire by either individuals, groups or institutions, for the purpose of private functions, indoor sport, public/private meetings, educational purposes and for use by Local authorities as a polling station etc.In addition the trustees organise a variety of events, including theatre, light entertainment, cinema, themed events

Provision of facilities : Guides, Brownies, Rainbows, Dance, Art , Drama ,Sr & Jr Football , Cricket , & Keep Fit. Various other private functions - Weddings, Family Celebrations, Educational purposes for young Children by Surrey Wild Life & schools. We hold Fetes, Fun Days & Shows etc to assist in maintaining premises.

To make it possible for a range of activities to take place for people of all ages and abilities who live in Padworth and the surrounding area. Upwell is a small rural village with limited public transport to near by towns the committee provide open space play area, sporting areas for all ages and abilities of the community are welcome, the committees main aim is to provide a modern facility for community use. The committee is totally reliant on community support/funding for all financial aspects in running the playing field.

Hanham Abbotonians follow the various guidelines issued by the English Football League to allow our teams to participate in organised, structured games. Regular training is provided throughout the year by our Licensed Coaches. All positions within the Club are voluntary and duties are carried out without remuneration.

We work in Wales and Zimbabwe through a Welsh government scheme which has twinned Abergavenny with Chinamhora village in Zimbabwe. Fundraising activities include donations such as wheelchairs, school supplies, football kits, medical supplies and funding the building of a community centre for Chinamhora. In Wales we support the school curriculum teaching about African culture and Fairtrade.

The Charity provides grants to cricket clubs and related cricketing organisations for youth development.
