Assistance for people with a learning disability, by provision of help and support for them and their families by way of facilities for recreation and learning.

To advance education, relieve poverty & sickness and to provide facilities for recreation & other leisure-time occupation for older people over the age of 55 years and their carers living within the Parish of St Martin's & surrounding areas in the interest of social welfare and with the object of improving their quality of life.

The Society is principally engaged in drawing attention to the problems of cognitive disability through the provision of activities catering for the recreational, educational and welfare needs of persons suffering from cognitive disability and other learning difficulties, and in the raising of money to assist in the financing of these activities through a recognised local centre.

Provides facilities for Sport and Recreation for the inhabitants of the local community.Activities include Athletics, football, bowls, American Football, Indoor Games, Dancing and other forms of entertainment.The facility caters for both senior and junior sporting activities.

The advancement of education among young people resident in south Liverpool. In particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, to provide or assist in the provision of local history for the said young people. The conservation of the enviroment within the area of benefit. The provision of recreational facilities in the interest of social welfare.

The Management and Maintenance of the Community Hall, Football Pitches and associated play areas for the benefit of the Flitch Green Community on a voluntary not for profit basis.

To provide a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of Watlington without distinction of political,religious or other opinions including use for meetings lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

The team was formed back in the 1970s as a North of Tyne Local Education Authority team in response to an increase in the number of incidents occurring on the hills and fells of Northumbria as outdoor activities such as climbing and hill walking grew in popularity. It became the North of Tyne Search & Rescue Team in the early 80s and more recently became the North of Tyne Mountain Rescue Team

WEEKLY LUNCHEON CLUB AND DROP IN SERVICE FOR, DISABLED, ELDERLY, ISOLATED, LONELY AND DEPRESSED WOMEN IN THE REDBRIDGE AREA. WE PROVIDE YOGA AND KEEP FIT TO MUSIC SESSIONS, ADVICE AND INFORMATION SEMINARS ON A RANGE OF HEALTH AND SAFETY MATTERS, OUTREACH SERVICE PROVIDING HOME AND HOSPITAL VISITS. REGULAR CLINICS HELD BY PSYCHOLOGIST. VISITS AND TRIPS.

The Charity raises funds to provide Powered Wheelchairs for disadvantaged children with special needs in the North West of England, especially Cheshire.

The specific objectives of the project are to: Create an inclusive community sports field serving local clubs, schools and people living in the area including disadvantaged groups and other special needs groups

Coaching courses for sporting activities mainly cricket, badminton, indoor bowls, indoor cricket and badminton leagues, 5 a side soccer. Players with disabilities, schools.

Letting of village hall for regular and ad hoc events and some ball games eg badminton.Planned fund raising activities for the benefit of the village and to ensure adequate funds are available for hall improvements and maintenance.

The Douzelage a unique, European Network. It is non- political, non-sectarian body and organises educational, cultural, sporting, tourist and economical projects and exchanges between the youth and citizens of Europe. The aim is to promote and foster the spirit of Europe and to establish links of various kinds between the towns for the mutual benefit of the inhabitants.

We provide activities including Kids Club ,Heart to Heart,Youth inclusion Project, Boys Group, Girls Group, Sports project, Home visit /one to one support, Return to learn for children young people an the wider community. In addition we offer ABC for those at risk of entering the criminal justice system.

THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR USE BY THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITHOUT THE DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR: (A) MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND (B) OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS.

Provide, maintain and run a Community Centre for village organisations; act as an umbrella organisation to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the benefit of the inhabitants of Great Wakering and the neighbourhood.

A learning co-operative of older people which enables members to share many educational, creative and leisure activities. Members, through sharing their knowledge, skills and experience, learn from each other.

THE HALL TO BE USED AS A NON-SECTARIAN AND NON-POLITICAL PLACE OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITY IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE INHABITANTS OF SWARDESTON PARISH EITHER GRATUITOUSLY OR FOR CONSIDERATION

To maintain and manage with the local authority the maintenance and management of Chellaston Community Centre for activities promoted by The Association and its? constituent bodies thereby providing facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation.

The advancement of amateur sport for the public benefit by: (a) Offering sporting opportunity (particularly Association football) to those children and young people, in particular but not exclusively, in the area within 25 miles radius of Central Brentwood. (b) Enabling those with economic difficulties to have the opportunity to play sport whereas they would otherwise be unable to afford

The Foundation awards grants to local amateur sports clubs for children and young people in Surrey, Greater London, Bristol and Gloucestershire and individual children or young people in Surrey, Greater London, Bristol and Gloucestershire who may be held back by their financial situation from pursuing their sporting goals.
