Maple Lodge Conservation Society was founded in 1983 with the objective of ensuring that Maple Lodge Nature Reserve continues to provide a safe habitat for wildlife and a pleasant and interesting place for people to visit.The Society has continued to develop and improve the Reserve with a careful management plan and in partnership with the owners, Thames Water.
