THE MAIN PURPOSES OF THE WOMEN'S INSTITUTE ORGANISATION ARE TO ENABLE WOMEN WHO ARE INTERESTED IN ISSUES ASSOCIATED WITH RURAL LIFE, INCLUDING ARTS, CRAFTS AND SCIENCES TO IMPROVE AND DEVELOP CONDITIONS OF RURAL LIFE, TO ADVANCE THEIR EDUCATION IN CITIZENSHIP, IN PUBLIC QUESTIONS BOTH NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL, IN MUSIC, DRAMA AND OTHER CULTURAL SUBJECTS AND IN ALL BRANCHES OF AGRICULTURE ETC.

1. To advance the education of the public in the knowledge, understanding and appreciation of film ,2. To encourage interest in film as an art form and as a medium for public education and for the distribution of information, by means of the exhibition of films of artistic, cultural or scientific character,

(1) to relieve sickness and protect and preserve good health in people suffering from eye disorders;(2) to promote research into eye disease and its treatment and publish the useful results thereof;(3) to advance education in the subject of eye disease.Holding of scientific meetings, conferences and courses and awarding of prizes for valuable contributions to meetings and research;

THEY EMBRACE BOTH THE PHILOSOPHY AND TEACHINGS OF THE KOSMON BIBLE (OAHSPE). THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FOR THE PUBLIC AND ALL ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND IRRESPECTIVE OF CLASS, COLOUR OR CREED. SPIRITUAL HEALING IS ALSO ACCOMMODATED.

ADVANCE EDUCATION BY THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF THE ART OR SCIENCE OF MUSIC.

The Charity collects donations for the free and, in some cases, subsidised treatment of poor patients at "Welfare Hospital Bharuch and Research Centre", for the promotion of health and for the advancement of education in the Bharuchi Sunni Muslim Vahora Patel Community in India.
