CDH UK provides support and help to families affected by the medical condition Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH). Anyone with any connection or interest in CDH is welcome to access the services we offer. We raise awareness and provide social activities. The charity works to improve the delivery of anaesthesia in poor countries. To achieve this the charity: Supplies anaesthetic equipment that is suitable for use in developing world hospitals. Trains medical and technical staff in poor countries to safely deliver anaesthesia and keep anaesthetic equipment in working order. Supports research to improve delivery of anaesthesia in poor countries.

The advancement of education and the relief of sickness by promoting or providing for the benefit of the public study, research and instruction in ethics and other philosophical disciplines as a part of or as related to medicine and any subject ancillary thereto.

Operate a Church, Sunday School and Reading Room, all open to the public.

The Charity is a church which holds Sunday services, midweek meetings and Sunday School for students up to the age of 20, all of which are open to the public. BANA is a support & information charity connecting people with an Acoustic Neuroma diagnoises across the UK; online, and via a volunteer support network at area meetings. We have a dedicated support team and provide relevant and up to date information sourced from the medical profession. BANA actively supports research and will initiate research when funding allows.

The Nimrud Archaeological Trust exists in order to support fieldwork at the site of Nimrud, capital of the Assyrian Empire from the early ninth to the late eighth century BC, including clearance and rebuilding, scientific excavations, geophysical survey, contributing to the design of an on-site Museum, producing educational materials, training, and working with local communities.
