Our concern is the ancient city of Amarna, Egypt. An international team pursues a variety of research programmes, & local people are trained in excavation & building repair. Outputs inc. scientific publications, a free bulletin & web updates. In the UK we work with ancient Egypt societies & adult education programmes to raise awareness of Amarna & its contribution to understanding humanity's past.

This charity aims to educate the general public in the sciences and arts and in particular in the art and science of music by the presentation of recitals and concerts and other activities primarily by the English Chamber Choir.

TO ADVANCE THE STUDY OF SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING IN CUMBRIA BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO STUDENTS UNDERTAKING POST 16 AND UNIVERSITY STUDY IN SCIENCE, ENGINEERING AND STEM RELATED SUBJECTS AND CONDUCTING ACTIVITIES WITH SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN THAT EDUCATE AND INSPIRE THEM TO PURSUE A CAREER IN SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING.

The IHS exists to make known and propagate hermeneutic techniques and disciplines so that mankind might better understand itself. Hermeneutics is the science of interpretation, discovery and communication of the teachings of world scriptures. We run Tan-y-Garth Hall Retreat in North Wales to provide practical opportunities for people to explore & apply such works for improving personal wellbeing.

We provide weekly after School tuition in Group Keyboards/piano lessons, guitar and band workshops, singing and song-writing. Our Saturday School provides English and Maths tuition for Primary School children and GCSE Maths and Science revision classes.We run year round indoor rowing coaching and mid-term Learn to Row (L2R) programmes for Year 7 to Year 12 students.

The object of Shanti Foundation is the promotion of moral and spiritual welfare for the public benefit by promoting the teachings and practical methodology of the Advaita Vedanta philosophy. Shanti Foundation provides opportunities for members of the public to attend and participate in Satsangs, Online Satsangs and retreats, to bring the principles of Advaita Vedanta into people's daily lives.

Beekeeping is a craft which is learned through both knowledge and practical experience, informed by evolving good practice and ever-growing scientific research. Beds BKA aims to provide a high standard of training for members, and potential new beekeepers of all ages, and a range of services to support them. We hope to enhance public appreciation of the role of bees in the world.

The objects of the society shall be to educate the public in the Arts and Sciences, and in particular the Art and Science of Music, in the promotion of concerts and other activities.

The charity funds the provision of live and online cultural events that seek to further the education, understanding and engagement of the public with particular relation to philosophy and art. It favours presentations and discussions that place philosophy in the context of contemporary challenges in politics, economics, science, art and society.

Church Services

The advancement of the education of the public by the recording and study of objects of ornithological, botanical, zoological or general scientific interest and the conservation of wildlife by the encouragement of the breeding of wild birds, animals and insects which are harmless and beautiful at Dungeness, Kent and the surrounding area of Romney Marsh.

Funds lectures in the pursuit of the science of management accounting

Sunday services and Sunday School, to which all members of the public are invited, are held every Sunday at 10.30am. Wednesday evening meetings, also open to the general public, are currently being held on-line at 7.30pm. The church sponsors at least one free lecture on Christian Science each year, and maintains a public Reading Room, currently open from 11.00am to 1.00pm on Fridays.

Lyme Disease UK strives to raise awareness of Lyme disease and provide support for those suffering from the illness. We operate online but also attend and host a range of events. Our aim is to raise money to continue spreading awareness but also to help fund research and patient grants in the future. We are very active on social media and we provide a wealth of information on our website.

The work of the charity is to edit and publish the works of Ludwig Wittgenstein. The charity also seeks to advance the education of the public in the life, works and philosophy of Ludwig Wittgenstein.

Race Against Blood Cancer's goal is to increase the volume and diversity of people who register as potentially life-saving stem cell donors.Our ultimate goal is to increase the number of people from minority groups ? whether defined by race, ethnicity or gender ? which are vastly underrepresented on the donor registry as stem cell or bone marrow donors.
