We fund scholarships, produce educational media, donate books and equipment to schools and colleges, and make donations to other charities involved in education, emergency disaster relief and poverty.

The Foundation operates by providing grants to otherorganisations based upon the compelling nature and extent of depravation, famine, hardship, lack of education, poverty, suffering and plight that it may be asked to alleviate. In particular it will look to give financial help to the poor, give medical care to the needy and sick and provide help to victims of natural disasters.

The relief and assistance of people in any part of the world who are the victims of war, natural disaster, trouble, catastrophe in particular by the supply of medical, educational aid ;the prevention or relief of poverty of disadvantaged communities by improving their socio-economic status by providing assistance, financial support to individuals to prevent or relieve poverty.

The charity's objectives are to advance education of children and adults anywhere in the world. To advance healthcare and save lives following any accidents or disasters anywhere in the world.

To advance the education of persons in need, including orphans.To the improvements of health or savings of lives of persons in need, by the provision of medicines, items, services and facilities.To prevent or relief of poverty of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage such suffered by the disaster.

For the restoration, preservation,repair, maintenance, improvement, beautification and reconstruction of the Church of St John the Baptist's, Hellidon, in the Diocese of Peterborough, for the benefit of the people of of surrounding villages and Northamptonshire. To preserve monuments, fixtures and fittings, stained glass windows, ornaments and chattels.

This Charity operates under the normal directives of ROTARY making donations to local worthwhile causes and to disaster events abroad. All donations are sanctioned by the Rotary Club of Newport Shropshire

Propagation and spread of the gospel of Jesus Christ through preaching, teaching, making disciples through meetings, conferences, seminarsFighting and eradicating poverty through humanitarian relief assistance, distribution of food and basic human needs to the poor.Promoting education and vocational training through facilitating apprenticeships, providing grants, scholarships and materials

We are a group of volunteers who meet twice a month and conduct charitable acts within the community, fund raise through events for local and national charities and distribute accordingly. We also, as a local club but part of Lions Club International, support disaster and heath needs worldwide.

Recent monies have been raised for relief of famine in the Horn of Africa, mosquito nets for anti malarial use , the RNLI, water aid, A local Hospice and the RI ,end polio now campaign

Re-build aims to help victims of conflict and natural disasters, in order to help them overcome the poverty and hardship they face. We assist in the reconstruction of infrastructure, building healthcare facilities, building schools for children to return to education as soon as possible and finding solutions to housing needs.

We raise money by holding events and helping local organizations that need help with their events. We accept donations from Organizations that wish to donate.Money collected is used to help local charities and disasters world wide via RIBI.

The Littleborough & District Lions Club (CIO) raises funds locally, by organising walks and participating in events, organised by other local Groups. We help local causes, by helping them to run events, so that they can raise their own funds. We also endeavour to claim grants from various local authorities.Along with other Lions Clubs, we give support in the case of Global Disasters.

Provide small donations (--ú200) to smaller charities in the North of England and sometimes further afield world wide disasters. The RNLI and Action Medical Research receive larger donations in excess of --ú1,000.

Empower child education in the Gambia by donating stationary to schools.Sponsor victims of natural disasters. Promote health care by donating medical equipment to hospitals. Engage on fundraising events to fulfil the charity's humanitarian objectives. Promote the Gambian culture by organizing cultural events at a park or hall in the UK. Undertake yearly family trip to the UK seaside.

Supporting Oxford Committee for Famine Relief for the purpose of feeding starving children.

Grant making for the public benefit, mainly to causes known to the trustees in the fields of Christian work, disaster relief, developing countries, drug & alcohol abuse, cancer research, the mentally handicapped and young people undetaking educational expeditions.
