In Romania the charity provides orphanages & poor communities with: funds, food, clothes, medication, helps fund building homes & bought an apartment to house girls from an orphanage on a program to help them become independent. In the Democratic Republic of Congo the charity has been working on an Education programme to assist children ranging from 5-19 years in different areas of the country.

The object of the CIO is the relief of those in need, by reason of youth, age, ill-health,disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage in such parts of the world as thetrustees shall determine and in particular, but not exclusively, by supporting the charitablework of Karibu Nyumbani Orphanage, Tanzania.

The charity's main activity is being the principal supporter of the Blue House Hospice and Care Centre in the town of Sliven. There are a number of strategic partnerships with evangelical churches with whom we operate a variety of projects, improving the quality of life. HHKT primarily supports Happy Home Orphanage, nr. Kisumu, Kenya, assisting with the costs of primary and secondary education and welfare. The Kerry West Orphanage Project supports an orphanage and school for needy children in the Lake Bunyonyi area of Uganda. We currently provide their basic needs such as food, medication, clothing, school equipment etc.We also fundraise for individual projects, for example we are currently fundraising to build a new dormitory and kitchen for the orphanage
