NYAS is a socio-legal charity providing advice, advocacy, information and legal advice to children, young people and vulnerable adults. NYAS also provides Independent Visitors who befriend children in care, and we undertake Regulation 44 visits of children homes. Supports the work of the Dohnavur Fellowship in India which runs a children's home and a rural hospital. It provides for retired missionaries who had given their lives to this work without salaries.

The charity works with African partners on development programmes in Africa including: supporting the resettlement of children in Uganda from a Children's Home into families; supporting disadvantaged children though primary education in Uganda; supporting rural community groups in Uganda towards self reliance; supporting girls in university education in Ethiopia.

Supporting The Falconer Children's Home and Orphanage in Zambia by :-1.sending out parcels of clothing, dried foods, and toiletries.2.forwarding gifts of money for the local needs of the home and helping with projects to aid the Home's immediate and long term development.

The McCabe Educational Trust is the charitable partner to McCabe Pilgrimages. We aim to give something back to the many inspiring people we meet on pilgrimage. We do this with practical financial support for childrens homes, schools for the blind, rehabilitation hospitals and similar projects.

As per existing Trust deed. Activity is now focussed on providing grants to run the Bethany Orphanage in Tanzania for the welfare of children who were once either orphaned, abandoned or abused and providing education where possible.

In the the church in London we work with children, youth and adults to help them to become mature human beings who can be of service to God and to the community.We also forward support to workers, mainly overseas and funds for projects such as orphanages and a day care centre for children as well as a home for the elderly.

Lighthouse International Ministries (LIM) is a network of churches and individuals throughout Great Britain and Ireland that supports people and projects in Romania, India and Africa i.e. children's homes, youth camps, leprosy missions. LIM's heart is to strengthen, equip and facilitate indigenous people who have good ideas but have very limited resources.

We work in Asia mainly in India, Nepal, Thailand and Brazil where we help children and young people in these countries, giving them a home, food, clothing, an education and an opportuntiy to be able to go into the work place and earn enough to keep them and their famalies if they still have parents. Our homes are called Wyresdale Children's Homes as this is our home area.
