Freedom Matters works with local organisations in Nepal to fight for the rights of each child, in particular the rights to a family and community life free from abuse, the worst forms of child labour and trafficking. StopSO UK is an independent national charity which aims to reduce sexual abuse in the UK. We offer 1-2-1 face to face therapy to those concerned or worried about their sexual thoughts or behaviour before an offence is committed, and to victims and survivors of sexual abuse. Therapy is delivered in communities across the UK.

The prevention of poverty in Hampshire , in particular but not exclusively those individuals who are victims of domestic abuse, by the provision of furniture, kitchen equipment , clothing and any other necessary items as the trustees see fit.

Relief of distress caused to adults by childhood sexual abuse

Provides and runs community hall in deprived area, we operate a signposting and support service for members of the community facing hardships and emotional issues. We provide free counselling, mediation, support with housing, domestic abuse, workshops, training and education.

We reach out to women trapped in a lifestyle of prostitution/sexual exploitation at known places of activity at night, giving out hot drinks, gift bags, a listening ear, advising them of day drop-in. The drop-in is a safe haven where one to one support, programmes that help build self-esteem, advice on benefits, housing, debt, other services are given to help them rebuild a purposeful life.

The Haven-The Survivors' Network supports, assists and empowers adults / young people who have suffered Incest, Childhood Sexual Abuse, Serious Sexual Assault, Physical, Mental, Emotional Abuse, Rape, Domestic Violence, Gang-related sexual abuse, Torture. The Haven specialises in working with male and female victims of abuse regardless of age, faith, sexual orientation, disability and ethnicity.

Agal Wellbeing Services CIO supports those who are affected by mental health issues, domestic abuse and other relationship related issues within South Asian Community, in Tamil, Sinhalese, Hindi, Urdu and English. Agal offers up to 8 free counselling sessions and free domestic abuse support services. All our counsellors are registered with BACP. Counselling is available in-person and/or online.

The objectives of The Ellie Trust are the preservation and protection of the mental and physical health of women and children who have suffered domestic violence and the prevention of hardship and distress to women and children by domestic violence by grant making to charities and organisations who are currently helping these objectives in the Liverpool and Merseyside region.
