Penny Appeal provides poverty relief across Asia, the Middle East and Africa, with dedicated programmes to help the poor and needy by building wells, caring for orphans, providing nutritious food, delivering emergency aid in response to crisis situations and providing healthcare. Penny Appeal also works in the UK to help homeless people and women who have experienced domestic abuse.

Childhood First (previously called the Peper Harow Foundation) provides integrated programmes of care, education and treatment to children and young people who are suffering the consequences of neglect and emotional, physical and sexual abuse. Activities are centered on five residential communities with attached schools and a placement and family support programme.

SafeLives, formerly known as CAADA is a national charity supporting a strong multi-agency response to domestic abuse. SafeLives provides practical tools, training, guidance, quality assurance, policy and data insight to support professionals and organisations working with domestic abuse victims. The aim is to protect the highest risk victims and their children.

Provision of support,and emergency services to vulnerable women and children experiencing rape, sexual assault and domestic abuse. Services include provision of emergency accommodation, floating support services, community support and counselling. Services also include development with agencies to raise awareness of domestic abuse and develop support systems to enable them to access SWA services.

SignHealth aims to improve healthcare & access to health services for deaf people. As well as campaigning, research & health promotion, we provide supported living schemes and outreach for deaf people with mental health problems. SCS provides counselling and psychological therapy services in and around the City of Sunderland and the North of England to relieve suffering and distress, due to bereavement, loss or other life issues. We provide counselling and talking therapy services for adults, young people and children, and specialist services for survivors of rape and sexual abuse and people with life limiting illnesses.

Women's Aid is the national charity for women and children working to end domestic abuse. We are a federation of nearly 180 organisations providing just under 300 local lifesaving services to women and children across the country. Women's Aid also runs online support services, as well as providing expert training, qualifications and consultancy to a range of agencies and professionals.

First Light provide specialist support to victims of sexual violence and domestic abuse including advice and support through the criminal justice process, therapeutic support, crisis intervention and Sexual Assault Referral Centre services.
