Through collections and social events via Masonic Lodge, donations are made to worthy charities, both locally and national.

Every year most money is raised for the President's chosen charitable cause and our club members also collect for Water Aid and Save The Children plus other "Overseas" charities. Charities both British and overseas thus benefit from our money raising efforts. Garments, toys and blankets are knitted for children overseas.

The O.B.A. is established with the object of relieving by donations, distributions, assisting poor and necessitous members, widows, orphans or dependants of deceased members, to support such external, philanthropic and charitable objects at both national and local levels.

Private donations are made by the members of the lodge of St Peblig during their eight meetings each year. These donations are forwarded to the North Wales Masonic Provincial Office at Llandudno. The monies collected from all the Masonic lodges in North Wales is then forwarded to the Masonic Grand Lodge of England and Wales located in London, from where it is distributed to charitable causes.
