We offer facilities for worship and also outreach into the local community to combat loneliness, debt and poverty which is endemic in the area. We offer safe space and a warm environment for people to meet and enjoy fellowship.

PROVIDING STUDENT GRANTS AND RELIEF OF POVERTY

Christian leadership training in the UK & overseas; schemes for poverty relief, healthcare and education have been supported in Uganda, and Nigeria; consultancy advice provision to numerous Christian organisations; encouraging and enabling churches, ministers and ministries to work together to attain greater effectiveness.

3.1 TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BY PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR INDOOR CLIMBING AND OTHER SPORTS CAPABLE OF IMPROVING PHYSICAL HEALTH AND FITNESS; 3.2 TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR SPORT, RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF SUCH PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL

TREWEN MEADOWS PROVIDES THERAPUTIC RIDING, EQUINE ASSISTED THERAPY AND HIPPOTHERAPY TO DISABLED, THOSE WITH ADDITIONAL NEEDS AND DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE IN HEREFORDSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING BORDERS

Transform Schools UK works to improve access to better quality and equitable secondary education for students with a special focus on those who come from poor, underserved and vulnerable backgrounds. We engage with the global community to raise awareness of the issues, seek support to fund and foster high quality educational programmes.

The European Province of the Third Order, through groups, organises activities and publications, which reflect aspects of Franciscan Spirituality. The Province also seeks to sponsor educational opportunities for individuals from deprived parts of the Order to enable lay or ordained individuals to increase their own Franciscan knowledge which may then be shared with their home communities.

The charity works with individuals and groups from the BAMER and wider commmunity on issues that affect them. The charity aims to promote community cohesion and reduce social isolation.We have volunteering and mentoring opportunities, community events and youth projects and advance social and cultural intergration of disadvantaged BAME, refugee, asylum seekers and migrant communities.

We distribute Bibles and other related literature in response to requests from anywhere in the world.We support preaching the Christian gospel, including travel to meet any requesting baptism.We help with relief of poverty amongst those we meet.

Enable the provision of positive activities, informal social & citizenship education and basic welfare to Children & Young People on the Townsend Estate, so that they can fufil their potential and not be dis-advantaged by their poverty.

The charity provides for those in need, by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability or financial hardship, such beneficiaries being of the Jewish faith and living in the local Jewish community or with a significant connection to the local Jewish community. For the advancement of the Jewish faith the charity also makes grant to synagogues in the local Jewish community.

The Church advances the Christian faith including its positive, beneficial moral and spiritual framework by raising awareness & understanding through weekly Sunday services together with Bible Study/prayer meetings, children's clubs and occasional Christianity Explored and Christians Against Poverty Money courses etc.
