We signpost those who are homeless, in poverty & facing homelessness to available services. Charity volunteers provide outreach to feed, clothe and provide emergency and essential items to the homeless and those at risk of homelessness in Cardiff and Mid Wales.

Primarily, the Foundation helps to fund and support the FMG Project- our flagship project which aims to help and empower disadvantaged young people in Brighton and the surrounding areas, through fitness and mindset coaching. We also help to fund and support other projects that make a similar impact.

The charity trustees completed various projects in Mansehra, Rajanpur and Mianwali areas in Pakistan. The Charity provided stitching machines to widows.Provided clean water facility by setting up many water pumps in the deprived areas of Rajanpur, Sindh (Badeen) and Mianwali. Completed 2 new schools in the flood affected areas in Pakistan.

We are a grassroots organisation operating in Bedford. We work to address social exclusion due to isolation. We also relieve poverty, develop the capacity and skills of socially and economically disadvantaged people and provide recreation and leisure activities to help people integrate, participate and improve their life conditions.

Grants are broadly divided between charities helping old people children disabled the poor and educationally needy.Trustees favour grants to specific projects for locally based smaller charities but will also consider larger projects.Trustees will consider pledging a grant, subject to remaining project funding found by the charity.Generally applications for running costs will not be considered.

The support and care of disadvantaged young people in and around Chennai, India, We help to advance the young people's educational attainment and maintain and improve their health and quality of life by providing safe and secure accommodation in Indian state-registered homes, We also support young adults in vocational training. Funds are raised from sponsors, grants, gifts and events.
