OUR ACTIVITIES INCLUDE INFORMATION AND ADVICE, ENERGY ADVICE, SWAPPING FUEL TARIFFS, FORUMS,TELEPHONE BEFRIENDING, SUPPORT FOR OLDER PEOPLE TO CONTINUE TO LEAD INDEPENDENT LIVES IN THE COMMUNITY.

CARM operates across Romney Marsh and parts of rural Ashford in Kent. Our services aim to reduce social isolation and improve access to services for older and vulnerable people. We offer 10 social drop-ins (Meeting Points), befriending services and reminiscence services: Our Memories Matter, Musical Memories Matter and Caring to Remember.

The Bridge Mentoring Plus Scheme uses trained volunteer mentors to provide a one-to-one mentoring service for 10-25 year old disadvantaged young people throughout the Borough of Bridgend, South Wales. Providing education, recreational and emotional support in a confidential, non-judgemental way,we help young people achieve personal goals thus reducing the risk of social exclusion.

Spectrum Cambridge is a multi award winning, parent led children's charity. We provide events, sessions, and support for families of children with Autism, additional needs, learning difficulties, and disabilities. As an organisation, we are family focused, advocates of collaboration, passionate about increasing inclusion and well being, while reducing isolation in our work with SEND.

Community-led services that aim to support blind and partially sighted people in North Staffordshire to increase independence, build confidence and reduce isolation. 100 and First Foundation works closely with offenders, ex-offenders and those vulnerable to committing crime so that they might not face social exclusion or disadvantage when trying to access different functions of society.
