Touchpoint operates a community hub, well-being initiative, and free foodshare project. Based in Stansted Mountfitchet, Essex, we serve local towns and villages in Uttlesford, Essex and Hertfordshire. Alike is a game-changing charity created to combat the loneliness and isolation caused by cancer. As an innovative and transformative not-for-profit, we aim to utilise and harness digital technology to achieve our mission.

The charity was formed to continue the activities of Dawlish & East Teignbridge Volunteer Bureau (Charity no. 1051265) in the Teignbridge area. Legacare provides free legal advice and continued support to vulnerable people affected by life limiting/life threatening illness. We aim to remove stress and anxietyand provide peace of mind by delivering a professional service, sensitively, confidentially and quickly to people who would not be able to access such help because of financial/social constraints/isolation.

Preschool for children aged 2 to 5 years in area of social deprivation offering full and part day care term time only

Our mission is to provide social networks that offer friendship and hospitality. Our main aim is to minimise social isolation and loneliness. We do this by connecting people, providing nourishing lunches, and offering a valuable village hub where people can access information and support from our community support service. We regularly have over 70 volunteers that support us with our lunch clubs.

The Abbey Road Centre (Canolfan Abbey Road) is a community resource centre providing support, information and resources to promote better mental health. Support may be accessed via befriending and counselling, workshops and training, activities and complimentary therapies. We host other relevant organisations who deliver their services on site.

The charity operates through its local church, providing regular public worship for all; it promotes the Christian religion, and teaches the faith to all ages. It serves the whole community by hiring out premises and providing resources for a wide range of community groups and activities. It particularly ministers to a charity serving the needs of lonely people and amongst the LGBT community.

Joanna works with women, particularly those at risk of, or involved in prostitution in Leeds. Through practical and emotional support, befriending and mentoring we aim to enable these women to exit prostitution and sustain a new life.

Southampton Sight supports people with sight loss or at risk of sight loss to remainindependent. We do this by delivering services that support people to have greater independence, experience reduced isolation, achieve their own individual goals and to have greater access to sight loss resources.
