SEHCO provides community activities and support for residents living in areas of social deprivation in the SE Hampshire area & surrounding areas.

Harpenden Connect is the charity set up to run a new volunteer operated hail and ride Harpenden Hopper community bus service, serving areas of the town with little or no commercial bus services. A second Hopper bus will be used to take the elderly and disadvantaged on trips helping to combat isolation and provide a social outlet for those who are seldom able to get out for pure enjoyment.

Due to limited public transport many of our residents are unable to access the local services they need. To address these issues we set up the Burtonwood and Winwick Community Bus. Residents came together to provide a much needed transport service for the villagers, and we have have a minibus service that is open to all residents. We also tackle issues such as social isolation and loneliness.

Groby Sings is a large community choir in Groby, near Leicester, for adults and children of any ability or experience. We especially welcome anyone who is socially isolated. Manna House works for the benefit of the public in South lakeland, providing advice, advocacy and a drop-in support centre for those who are homeless, vulnerably housed, lonely or needing help.
