This charity provides a meeting place with kitchen facilities, a large hall and smaller annex, all of which can be hired and/or used for social activities, meetings and education and training purposes.

The association aims to add value to the academic and socialexperience of pupils at FOBC by:- Enhancing the capacity of the school by supporting existing activities (e.g. volunteering at school-runevents such as open days, school plays, trips etc).- Raising funds through social events, such as school fairs, to fund educational equipment andextra-curricular activities.

To provide facilities for elderly people in the Pontardawe area to meet and socialise on a regular basis. This includes social evenings, lunches and excursions.

Promoting friendship and education for women

The charity is affiliated to the third age trust and provides facilities for: 1. Special interest groups to meet regularly in furtherance of their interest. 2. Visiting speakers on subjects of general interest and 3. Any connected social activities arising.

We are a dedicated group of 'friends', who hold several successful social events, including a traditional May Day Fete, and a christmas fair, as well as several other events throughout the year. We aim to provide an enhanced school experience for all pupils.

We run monthly Speaker Metings and organise Special Interest Groups to bring interested parties together to learn and socialise.

We manage the playing field and children's play area. We raise money and involve village residents in fund raising and social events. Local businesses support our work financially and we have an effective working relationship with them and our Parish Council. Castleton Primary School now use a dedicated woodland area for environmental studies. The field is open to the general public.

THE CHOIR PROVIDES A FRIENDLY OPPORTUNITY FOR MEN IN SOUTH CHESHIRE TO SING SOME 10 CONCERTS PER YEAR. OFTEN, WE SING FOR CHARITABLE CAUSES. WIVES AND PARTNERS TAKE A FULL PART IN CHOIR EVENTS AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES. WE ARE FORGING NEW CONTRACTS WITH OUR NEW AUTHORITY, CHESHIRE EAST. LINKS WITH TWIN TOWNS IN GERMANY AND POLAND CONTINUE.

We are an association of parents and friends of Wimbledon College. We support students at the school by organising social events to raise money for the school and help build the school community. We also use our funds to provide refreshments at school events, which helps build the school community and fosters the provision of the arts at the school.

Village Hall providing a safe, comfortable, equal access facility, a place to meet, learn, access services and socialise, encouraging the whole community to join together for support and development to improve the quality of life in a diverse rural area.

The Waterlooville Men's Shed aims to promote social inclusion, particularly but not exclusively of older men, within the Waterlooville area and the surrounding area, through the provision of workshops, tools and equipment together with social activities where tasks for the local community, groups and individuals can be undertaken.

Collingham & District U3A encourages members to share their knowledge and talents with each other in informal learning interest groups. This self-help model empowers members to create their own opportunities to learn in the ways that suit members best. As a result, members contribute to a wide range of engaging and stimulating interest groups in an atmosphere of mutual support and companionship.

Meeting other members of the organisation,whether at social events or ceremonial events and maintain the traditions of the Royal Navy, and support those in need.

Our charitable purpose at Local Families with Bleeding Disorders is to promote social inclusion among children with bleeding disorders and their parents, carers, siblings and other family members who offer them support and, to raise awareness of bleeding disorders and the impact they have on lives to ensure a wider understanding and acceptance among the broader general public.

Gresham Village Hall has been at the heart of our community for 30 years. Its a place where generations have come together for celebrations, companionship, and support. Our village is made up of people from all walks of life, and the hall remains a warm, welcoming space where everyone is valued and included.
