The charity provides our community with a pleasant and safe facility for their use for meetings and various social functions. We fundraise by hosting events like a monthly quiz & supper, we have dinners and put on live bands & shows. All of which enrich the social activities of our community as well as raising money.

Support for the elderly in Lunch Club and Friendship Circle.Provides help for parents by way of Parent & Toddler Group, and a Sunday School.Gives donations to Christian Mission work throughout the world, and meets local financial needs where thought appropriate.Provides other help and adivice to anyone, as appropriate.

The activities of the charity are to support people out of homelessness and ensure they remain and flourish in suitable accommodation with the value, security and dignity that this should afford. These activities are carried out from our centre, where we provide showers, laundry, hair and feet care and refreshments. We provide a safe place for friendship, support and value.

The Charity hosts 2 events annually: one a Concert of Music and Song from Shows, Operetta, Religious and Spiritual; and the other a Stage Show, with a view to educating the public in the dramatic and operatic arts. Also social events as arranged by the members.

The charity operates from Frazer House 23 Market Place Knaresborough we are a meeting room mainly for the elderly to visit whilst out shopping to drop in for a cup of tea/coffee etc and a biscuit to sit and chat and read the daily papers runentirely by volunteers.

Regular social activities: Monthly coffee mornings for survivors, families around Cheshire; workshops and courses, some related brain injury and some on discovering new interests and skills; outings including bowling, falconry display, boat trips. Volunteering opportunities for members. We raise awareness about brain injury locally. Website and social media outlets providing information.

The Wallington and Carshalton Women's Institute is a community based organisation for women in our local area. Our main group meets monthly where we have a wide range of speakers and general conversation. We run many groups for our members from Gardening and Craft to Book club and Walking groups. We Offer Friendship a Education to our members.

Grantham Dramatic Society is a local amateur dramatic society, established in 1945. Its main aim is to foster and promote the knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of the dramatic arts amongst the people of Grantham and the surrounding area. The Society engages in live theatre performances as well as short sketches, outdoor events and promotional videos, and numerous social activities.

Luncheon club meet on alternate Tuesdays for lunch and fortnightly for afternoon tea and socialising. Meetings are held in the Upwell Methodist Church Hall

For the individual we offer tuition of a musical instrument (woodwind, brass, glockenspiel or percussion), playing as part of a band & marching skills.As a group we offer a sense of teamwork & co-operation & a feeling of community being part of a group throughout engagements and social events.We practice at St Thomas of Canterbury Primary School & our engagements take place locally.

We are currently active in religious and community education, local outreach and community activities such as street ministry, prison ministry including visitations, fellowship groups (men, women & youth ministries). We also organise retreats and holiday clubs for all ages, social events such as Summer Ball's, Christmas meal?s, picnics and barbeques etc that we advertise to the whole community.

Wicor Primary School Association organises fund raising activities for the school such as summer and Christmas fayres, school discos, and other social events to raise money to buy extra things for the school that would not be possible from their budget from the education authority, eg music instruments, travelling theatre company, children's christmas gift, playtrail equipment

AS A PTA WE ORGANISE A WIDE RANGE OF ACTIVITIES TO SUPPORT THE VALUE ADDED ACTIVITIES OF THE SCHOOL RANGING FROM EVENTS THAT PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THE SCHOOL COMMUNITY, SUCH AS THE LEAVERS PRESENTS, CHRISTINGLE SERVICES AND CHRISTMAS TREE FOR THE SCHOOL, FUN SOCIAL EVENTS FOR CHILDREN SUCH AS PANTOMIMES, MAD MONEY, DISCOS AND OUR LARGER FUNDRAISING EVENTS INCLUDING THE CHRISTMAS AND SUMMER FAIRS.

The Association works within its local community to support residents of all ages and by reducing loneliness and increasing social cohesion. This is done by running social events and fundraising which finances an independent youth club; a toddler group; and regular coffee mornings. The association also works in partnership with other third sector organisations to enhance biodiversity etc.

We are a Consortium of 5 bowls clubs and play and use 2 greens in Danson Park, Bexleyheath, Kent. One of the clubs is for Visually Impaired bowlers. Another is a mixed bowling club where partners can participate and play together. We encourage new members to join us and can offer coaching and the loan of bowls etc. There are also a number of social activities that we arrange including holidays
