The aim of the charity is to maintain a community hub building so that local groups and children have somewhere to hold events, and to organise activities that will benefit people of all ages in the area by providing information, recreation, and opportunities for social interaction.

We fundraise for the school to provide extra facilities and equipment for the children. We do this in the form of Summer and Christmas Fayres and social events which are usually held within the school.

To promote social inclusion for the public benefit by preventing people from becoming socially excluded, relieving the needs of those people who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate into society.

We support the school, children, families, teachers and governors by fundraising to help provide resources and opportunities for everyone. We encourage social interaction and the local community too.

CARE, MAINTENANCE AND HIRING OUT OF SOUTHAM VILLAGE HALL. REGULAR USER GROUPS INCLUDE KEEP FIT, PILATES, SEQUENCE DANCING, TABLE TENNIS, BRIDGE, DROP-IN, ART GROUP, LACE MAKING CLASSES AND VILLAGE SOCIAL EVENTS..

THE VICTORIA HALL WAS GIVEN TO THE COMMUNITY AROUND 1907. THE VICTORIA HALL IS A COMMUNITY CENTRE THAT CATERS FOR, YOUTH, COFFEE MORNINGS, TI CHI, BALLROOM DANCING, BINGO MEETINGS, EXCERCISE CLASSES,KARATE, RUMMAGE SALES, BABMINGTON, MAYORS BALLS AND A FUNCTION ROOM FOR WEDDINGS, PARTIES, AND SOCIAL EVENTS. THE HALL IS USED FOR COUNCIL ELECTIONS, SEMINARS BY THE COUNCILS, BOTH LOCAL AND COUNTY.

Music Alive provides opportunities for and with people with disabilities to create and enjoy music in Wiltshire and the surrounding counties. Our activities aim to support the long-term development of disabled people and encourage the integration of disabled and non-disabled people through music and social interaction.

Support the Royal Navy, Maintain Naval traditions,Remember the Fallen, Help the disabled, Look after the Needy, Cheer up the distressed, Enjoy Social activities, provide welfare support to all Serving and ex Serving Royal Navy families and dependants.

We run regular fund raising events for the whole community and rent on a weekly basis to theOver 60's for whist dominoes, coffee and a chat; Irish dancing classes, Art classes and term time only mornings pre school nursery. On a regular basis the village drama group meet to rehearse and stage regular productions and a friendship group meets for talks and demonstrations.

Fundraising and social activities which enhance and support the running of a primary school setting, including the organisation of events which draw in the wider community.

TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PREVENTING PEOPLE PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY MEN AGED 18 OR OVER, WITHIN HAVERHILL AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN WHICH THEY CAN MEET JOINTLY OR INDIVIDUALLY TO UNDER

Provision of Village Hall facilities for the use of the inhabitants of Goodleigh and surrounding parish for cultural, educational. recreational and social activities.

1) To advance public education by providing free IGBO language tuition and lessons2) To promote social inclusion in the Greater Manchester area by hosting an annual IGBO cultural and New Yam Festival3) To promote IGBO culture through the building of a museum to hold art exhibitions4) Provision of a facility for the care of children and elderly5) Creating a 'soup kitchen' for the needy

We run a Community Hall which accommodates a variety of clubs and associations including; Derby Sketching Club, Derby Ramblers Association, Derby and District Fuchsia Society, International Friendship League, Littleover Historical Society, Cabaret Theatre Dance, Slimming World. We also accommodate various individual groups. Also hosting our own Horticultural Show and Littleover in Bloom.

The charity exists to maintain and make available the facilities of the village hall and playingfield for use by the inhabitants of the village and surrounding area.Types of activities at village hall (meetings, lectures, classes, social events, physical activities) and at the playng field (sports, exercise, children's play, outdoor events)

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES FOR LOCAL COMMUNITYEXTERNAL HIRINGS

Producing entertainment while ensuring that people learn theatre skills. Learning all aspects of live theatre while socialising and confidence building. Helping people to work in the community while learning new skills.

Provides and maintains Parish Community Centre available for society meetings, recreation, parties and social events.

Monthly Church Services, Marriages, Funeral Services, Baptisms.Activities at the school room include, Church Social activities, room hire for dance classes, heritage groups, craft classes.Each year donation to a local charity

The church arranges services, predominantly at it's registered premises, for the purposes of praise, worship and preaching. Other activities include study, teaching and social events. The church promotes the advancement of the Christian faith, in accordance with the Statement of Beliefs and facilitates the collection and disbursement of charitable donations by it's members to charitable causes.

Provides a comfortable meeting place at which retired citizens regardless of social class, race or creed can meet friends, have a chat or purchase refreshments. There is no membership fee to join. Friends of the centre organise fund raising and social activities. The activities are on going.

Fundraising and organisation of social events to purchase additional resources and fund additional opportunities for the school's children to support their education and to build and improve positive relationships between the school and parents and carers of those attending it.

We are a small committee of volunteers formed to manage the day to day running and upkeep of the village hall. The village hall is provided for the use of the local community and surrounding area for social events, amateur sporting and recreational activities, light business use and general community events.

We are part of the nationwide City of Sanctuary movement. Based in County Durham, we work to build opportunities for introductions and friendship between sanctuary seekers and local people, helping new arrivals to integrate into our communities. Our aim is to create a culture of welcome for people seeking sanctuary from war and persecution.
