Fundraising and social activities for all its members - The Friends of Goldfield School - Friends and families of the children educated at Goldfield Infants' and Nursery School, Tring.

We provided facilities for groups to meet, social events, recreation ground for our village football teams and a play area for the residents of the village and surrounding villages.

Fundraising for school includes summer and Christmas fairs, discos for the children and social events for parents.

Maintenance & upkeep of Birdsedge Village Hall through fundraising and social activities to enable the hall to be used a Village focal point for the residents of Birdsedge & surrounding areas. Main activities include rental of the Hall for group activities, sale of promotional items, Birdsedge Festival and social functions.

We hold a weekly Sunday Morning Service. We provide Bible teaching, pastoral support and prayer ministry. In cooperation with the local school, we host and lead their Assemblies. Little Bees, our toddler group, is a meeting place for young mothers and their children. Much of our land is given over to allotments as a service to those who live in the village. We hold some social events.

To promote social inclusion for the public benefit, relieving the needs of those people who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate into society in particular by providing relevant events, outings, education and training on the Spirit of Endeavour canal boat.

Primary activities include fundraising for the school through social events such as quiz nights, fashion shows and auction evenings. There are a number of regular fundraising activities such as running a cake stall as well as holding a yearly christmas and summer fayre.

Unity in Diversity provides a welcome, friendship, informal advice, food and clothing support for asylum seekers and refugees in Swansea. Once a week, we deliver 3 English classes and a Drop-in meeting with a meal, access to a clothing bank and activity programme at York Place Baptist Church Swansea, SA1 3LZ. We manage weekly food deliveries and a second clothing bank at another Swansea location.

Organisation of social events for parents and children of Stroud School; fundraising activities for Stroud School and other charities pertaining to child welfare, health, education and similar issues as determined from time to time by the Committee.

Bridlington Friends Association (BFA) is a non profit charity based around Social Inclusion for ALL adults in Bridlington and the surrounding areas. BFA will work with all other charities, individuals, organisations and local private / public sectors to make sure that everyone can be socially active and have the ability to enjoy life, join in, be included and make friends with or without support.

Village hall is a central hub providing a meeting place for sports and social activities to benefit the health and well being of the local and wider community. We offer space for small businesses to meet. The hall is available to hire for gatherings including anniversaries/ celebrations/ weddings. From time to time charitable donations are given to other organisations.

W.I,Senior Friendship,Table Tennis, Indoor Bowls,Yoga, Keep Fit, Local Food & Craft Markets, Children's Activities are held regularly. Every Saturday morning refreshments are served for community residents and visitors. A variety of evening social events take place throughout the year.The hall can be hired by organisations and private people. It is the central meeting point of the village.

The main activities include looking after the elderly/pensioners group there health and well being, organizing social events and outdoor tours for their entertainment etc.

We are community based, operating as an umbrella organisation for local initiatives. Run by a board of volunteer trustees, who oversee a variety of projects run by individual groups.HCO tries to serve the interests of the community by helping to provide recreational and leisure time activities, improving the environment, enabling social events, and creating opportunities for residents.

This though organising activities such as sponsored walks and social events.

To promote social activities among parents and staff and to provide funding for additional facilities for the children of Ashwell Primary School.
