The Charity provides a Community facility at a modest cost for persons of all ages and, at the same time, an attractive venue for business and social events such as dinners, wedding receptions and birthday and anniversary parties. The fees received for the latter activities are essential in order to satisfy the former important and principal requirement.

Our group aim is to encourage both physical & mental stimulation of stroke survivor members, through light exercise & social interaction, where members can grow in confidence and improve their quality of life and that of the family members.

Provide and maintain suitable facilities for all groups and individuals from within the village and surrounding areas to meet and socialise in comfortable surroundings.

We provide social activities for all ages. The Hall is for hire for local events. The Hall has a number of regular hirers that offer children's activities, sporting activities and auctions. It is also used for Parish Council Meetings and elections. The Hall is the only amenity in the village.

All our activities are for older people in our area to encourage learning, physical and social activities in later life : We arrange and organise educational study groups, lectures, educational outings, memory courses, first aid courses, physical activities (walking, pilates, tai chi), quizzes, concerts.

Girlguiding Wakefield South provides opportunities for girls and women of all ages to try new activities, develop skills and share experiences that will benefit them throughout their lives. Local units of Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Rangers are run by volunteers who give their time freely to enable girls and young women to share the fun and friendship of Guiding.

FOTOS supports the children of The Oaks School and their families. We support the school Enterprise Fayre, Leaver's event and Christmas parties every year. We host coffee mornings and a variety of other social events. This year's dates are on the school website and everyone is welcome. We supply specialist equipment and activities to school through our fund raising and grant applications

BH-Shed will provide a safe, relaxing and stimulating environment where people can socialise, make new friends and enjoy the pursuit of worthwhile activity. It will provide benefits to those needing companionship, suffering loneliness, needing access to tools and equipment, and interested in working alongside like-minded people.

We are responsible for the maintenance of the VH and its use by the local community. It is used regularly by village organisations and Cuddesdon and Denton Parish Council. It is also used as a Polling Station by South Oxfordshire District Council. It is available for hire. The VH Committee arranges a number of social events each year for fundraising and to benefit the village.

Our village hall is held in trust for three parishes with the main purpose in providing a centre for activities of a social, cultural and educational nature These activities will include childrens parties, social events and generally a meeting place for a whole range of interests such that are common within a rural location

Home work club for children between 6 -15 years old, youth sessions for young people, carers support, cooking classes and training for Somali women e.g NVQ Health & Social Care Level 2 & 3, employment and health talks. Physical activities, social event and outings, support services and networking.

We are a village hall in the Cotswold village of Brimpsfield. We exist to provide a focal point for village activities and for local organisations to host their activities. These include social events, W.I. Garden Society meetings, church events and the Village show etc. The Hall has been upgraded to provide limited kitchen facilities, plus access and toilet facilities for the disabled.

Social activities for members and community on the east side of the (Itchen), Southampton and also providing a pre-school (2-4 year old) and a breakfast and a afternoon (5-9 year old) .

Milldene Primary School Parent, Teachers and Friends Association (PTFA) organise fundraising and social events for the school and apply for eligible grant funding with all proceeds and profits going to the school to enhance their learning experience.
