We provide help, support and friendship to women living with and beyond breast cancer. We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7pm at the Cancer Support Centre on Smith Lane. Meetings are lively social events with pamper sessions, talks, visits and cosmetic/clothes parties, but always with time to talk. Our big event of the year is the fashion show, when all women models are from the group.

We provide social activities to include coffee mornings and lunch club Tuesdays and Thursdays weekly.

Nations Together operates in the Kilimanjaro Region of Tanzania, East Africa. Our aim is aid social inclusion, respect and acceptance for adults with a learning difficulty.Our outcomes are met through an Activity Center and person centered planning. The activities may include: music, art & crafts, numeracy & literacy, vocational skills and social outings with the community.

The main activities this year have been to enable the Adults and Girls in the Division to experience the Fun, Friendship and Opportunities that GirlGuiding UK's programme has to offer.

New Comfort Zone is a faith-based group that works alongside local people who are homeless or in need to address their needs.We open at St. Thomas's Parish Hall on Caunce Sreet, Blackpool each Tuesday from 11am until 12:30pm to share food, friendship, hope, emergency supplies, advice, and community.

The aim of Caverswall Scout Group is to provide fun, adventure and friendship through an exciting program of activities.We cater for a range of young people from able-bodied boys and girls to those who are disabled, disadvantaged or may have behavioural problems. It is our aim to cater for all young people in the community. We do not discriminate no matter what their background.

Community Venue for meetings,classes and social events

Our church is open to all members of the public for Christian worship meetings, also for funeral, weddings and baptism services. We also hold regular social events, (fayres, concerts etc) where everyone is welcome. We give support to local and other charities.

The hall is used for a variety of activities including, Yoga, Youth and adult dance groups, craft, photography, floral art, health support, carers, pre-school and religious groups.Wedding receptions, funeral teas, children's parties and fundraising events.Community social events - harvest supper, bingo Children's Christmas Party , Whist Drives and Carol singing.

We arrange talks, outings and social activities for our members. We raise money for the main charities of B'nai B'rith UK and a few other charities of our choice.

Provides a place to socialise , exchange information and integrate within the Deaf Community and learn British Sign Language . Groups - Chess , Snooker , Church , OAP , Social Club and Golf Society and Indoors Game are available for members to join .

Our charity raises funds to support the school and enhance the education and/or wellbeing of students. These funds are over and above those provided by the school. Funds are used for equipment, experiences and extra curricular opportunities. We also ensure that there are a variety of occasions each year for students, parents and staff to meet up and socialise.

Evreham Youth club is open to young people aged 9 to 14 from the local area on a Friday evening term-time from 6:30 to 8:30pm. It is managed by Iver Youth and Community Services, a local charity and is run solely by volunteers. The youth club offers an opportunity for local young people to relax and socialise in an informal setting as well as take part in a range of organised activities.
