Rescue and rehabilitate unwanted and abandoned animals, mostly dogs, cats and rabbits. Staffed by Volunteers who are responsible for all aspects of the rescues work. Animals are cared for in foster homes. Run a 24 hour Helpline. Operate an online Lost and Found service. Support a number of food banks with pet food. Foster the pets of owners in crisis working with various agencies.

To promote the proclamation and furtherance of the Gospel of Jesus Christ Our Lord, the preaching and teaching of the Christian faith, and to support ministry at home and overseas. In addition, the charity seeks the relief of those in need, hardship and distress or who are aged or sick.

We are an independent food bank that operates in the Bassetlaw area. Referral Partner Agencies and individuals from anywhere within Bassetlaw can contact us to request an emergency food parcel. West Northumberland Food Bank's activities are generally to provide emergency food supplies to people throughout West Northumberland, plus signposting and Welfare Rights Advocacy to help beneficiaries move out of Food Poverty quicker. Hardship Grants can be made to individuals and Small Grants can be awarded to organisations active in tackling poverty.

Caritas Social Action Network (CSAN) is the official domestic social action agency of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of England and Wales and a member of Caritas Internationalis. West London Welcome is a free drop-in centre for refugees, asylum seekers & migrants catering primarily but not exclusively to individuals & communities in Hammersmith & Fulham. WLW provides a warm space for people to come in out of the cold, have a cup of tea and socialise, hot lunch, learn English, share ideas and get advice.

The provision of specialist palliative care to patients with cancer or other life-threatening illnesses in order to help the patient have the best quality of life in the time left , by responding appropriately to their physical , emotional and spiritual needs. SOLA ARTS works to bring communities together through the arts and the alleviation of poverty. We have a specialist focus of working with refugees and asylum seekers and people from the BRM communities however, our activities work with all people of all backgrounds including people with disabilities, the elderly for example.We use the arts and Art Therapy as tools for empowering and enabling.

A community network mobilising young professionals to volunteer to support their older neighbours with a little extra time, practical help, social connection and human companionship in the London boroughs of Southwark and Lambeth. We operate 2 core activities: Social Clubs, which bring different demographics together through group activities; and a one-to-one Love Your Neighbour project.

Grief to Grace provides specialist 5-day residential programmes of spiritual and psychological healing for those who have suffered sexual, physical or emotional emotional abuse in childhood or adolescence, including those abused by clergy or religious, or for those who have suffered violation as adults, as well as ongoing support, education and training in these areas.

Provide relief to the poor and homeless by way of re-distributing household goods, carpets,furniture and white electrical goods (new and secondhand). Provide food hampers at Christmas and throughout year where needed. A comprehensive Food Bank is operated.

We support the long term recovery and reintegration of the most socially excluded members of society across Merseyside. We provide individually tailored packages to assist with re-entry into mainstream activities such as employment, education, or voluntary work. This is all delivered on a one-to-one basis to ensure that every individual can achieve a positive outcome shaped by them.
