The Laura Centre offers free bereavement counselling services for adults, families and young people. We provide holistic support to parents who's child has died and children and young people 5-25 years old who's parent or sibling has died. The centre also supports those in anticipatory grief. We provide one to one therapy, systemic family work, therapeutic and drop in groups and an advice line.

As a specialist rural organisation we work with communities, businesses, social enterprises, groups and individuals to support and encourage community-led action. We are experienced in areas such as broadband, access to services, transport, affordable housing, fuel poverty, energy generation, village halls & community assets, health & social care, funding advice and community led planning.

The CIO is established for the prevention or relief of poverty of those in need, hardship or distress, by providing social housing in the form of almshouse accommodation, including making charitable grants or payments, and other charitable purposes for the benefit of residents and former residents the trustee may from time to time decide.

We provide family support to primary age children and their families in Cambridge. We work within a multi-disciplinary framework & use a range of approaches. Objectives include improved educational attendance & performance, support with emotional & behavioural difficulties, reduced isolation, increased participation & empowerment of under served families who are often in poverty.

Charity set up with the aim of advancement of the Orthodox Jewish faith in accordance with the principles and teachings of Chabad by providing Jewish people with educational programs and social activities that will build and develop a meaningful relationship to their Jewish heritage.

Dynamic provides educational, leisure, recreational and social activities for children and young people with disabilities aged between 8 & 25 yrs. This is done through a variety of groups, summer schemes and special schemes.

To relieve poverty by the provision of a refuge for any person in need of shelter and sustenance and for the provision of prayer.

Our main activities :youth and community work, play and children's work, health sports and fitness, Youth Cafe, detached youth work. personal and social development for people who are disadvantaged by poverty, disability, health issues, young offenders, members of minority community groups enabling them to develop and make a positive contribution to the community in which they live.,

The prinicpal activity of the Charity is that of the furtherance of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, to build up the faith of the Christian believers, to share in the training of Christian workers, to promote Christian education, to advance the Christian religion and to relieve the poor and needy and the sick and elderly.

Grow works with vulnerable and disadvantaged young people who face barriers when seeking employment. Our approach focuses on the soft skills that are a key ingredient to thriving at work, such as working well with others, handling conflict and managing personal motivation. Grow runs programmes that combine coaching with nature based activity.

The charity relies on donations from various supporters, including institutions to provide relief to people who are suffering from poverty or sickness in the Lebanon.

Established in 2005 in order to raise funds to support players whose lives are affected by serious injuries sustained playing Rugby League. This can be in the form of providing rehabilitation beyond that offered by the state, or improving the quality of life when unfortunately rehabilitation is no longer an option.

The church operates from premises at Hetton Road, Houghton Le Spring, Tyne & Wear. Church membership is voluntary and free. The aim of the charity is a) To advance the Christian Faith in accordance with the Statement of Beliefs; b) The relief of persons who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress or who are aged or sick; c) To promote and fulfil such other charitable purposes .

Bromley Borough Foodbank is a community-led charity, helping local people to get back on their feet and improve their financial independence. It meets the needs of people in food poverty with emergency supplies of food and importantly, assists people to locate the right support for any wider needs by referring them to specialist agencies relevant to their situation.

Our Mission - Al-Ajar Foundation has been committed to making a difference to those less fortunate than us. We are a 100% volunteer run poverty relief organisation. We are currently involved in a number of charity & education projects from Orphan sponsorship, food distributions, medicine aid to water well constructions in various famine, poverty stricken areas around the World.

SOS Africa invests 100% of the funds it raises into holistic education, training and learning support programmes for disadvantaged African children and youth. This grassroots approach enables them to break the cycle of poverty and reach their full potential. Since 2003 SOS Africa has established 4 education centres supporting hundreds of children with many graduates at university or in employment.

1) To advance any social or charitable purpose or purposes; which will promote the regeneration for the public benefit, of areas of social and economic deprivation. 2) The preservation and protection of the LGBT and BAME communities who are affected by addiction, mental health or social exclusion by providing education, support and training.

Teen Action?s overarching aim is to improve the lives of disadvantaged young people. We do this by providing them with opportunities to develop their social and educational skills and talents. These new skills empower them with confidence and self-esteem, improving their career prospects and job opportunities and general conditions of life.

We hold Sunday meetings, mid week groups,training events seminars and out reach programmes in which we seek to worship, train ,educate, provide pastoral care and advance the Kingdom of God. We train workers and bring relief to the poor and needy through our compassion ministries in which we provide food and clothing for the homeless, visit the sick and elderly and reach out to the drug addicts.
