The provision of support for people who suffer from poor mental health, in line with the Charity's vision statement.

Our activities include: - Broadstairs Town Shed - the opportunity for older people to take part in wood working sessions and offers a space for skills to be shared and learnt. This project has given a purpose back in life to some lonely people. - Litterpicking events - Gardening groups - RRR - a forum for our community to work together to help with the war against plastic

The Coroners' Courts Support Service supports practically & emotionally the families and other witnesses attending The Coroner's Courts, thereby making the experience less onerous. The charity liases with other parties appearing before the court to ensure their understanding of its role & methodology. Families are referred to other agencies for help with coming to terms with their bereavement.

THE CHARITY'S ACTIVITIES INCLUDE THE PROVISION & DISTRIBUTION OF GRANTS AND DONATIONS IN SUPPORT OF THE ADVANCEMENT AND FURTHERANCE OF THE JEWISH RELIGION AND JEWISH RELIGIOUS EDUCATION AND THE ALLEVIATION OF POVERTY AMONG THE JEWISH COMMUNITY THROUGHOUT THE WORLD.

The aims and objectives of the Trust are to improve the quality of life for children and their families whom are Underprivileged, Disadvantaged or Disabled. Whether this is caused by social, physical, mental, emotional circumstances , or as a result of extreme poverty. The Trust provides through their five holiday homes, Free Holidays or Respite breaks for the children and families.

The relief, either generally or individually, of elderly and or disabled persons who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress.

The provision of monetary assistance for basic necessities to people of Polish origin in Poland, Eastern Europe and the UK .Financial support for students, schools and institutions through sponsorship.

SLAM CDT PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE LOCAL COMMUNITY TO ENGAGE IS SPORTING, CULTURAL ACTIVITIES AS WELL AS PROVIDING MEETING SPACES. SLAM CDT ALSO OPERATE A COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMME TO PROVIDE HEALTH FITNESS AND EDUCATION TO YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY. SLAM CDT ALSO OPERATE A COMMUNITY TRANSPORT OPERATION

Raising Futures Kenya breaks cycles of poverty and inequality through quality education, skills training, and wellbeing support. Focusing on children and youth, especially girls, we help them gain skills, qualifications, and confidence for employment or entrepreneurship. We partner with a Kenyan NGO, who deliver free, community-led vocational training, business skills, and wellbeing programmes.

Our purpose is to celebrate, and educate the Sikh and wider community about Sikhism, and share our values amongst the local community. This involves celebrating historical Sikh festivals and enhancing the lives and knowledge of our congregation. We also want to integrate with other faith groups and wide community in the Region and promote, equality, respect and friendship.

Promote social inclusion for the public benefit providing people in particular women and their families in light and the surrounding areas who are excluded on the grounds of their sex, race, or ethnic origin. purpose being to assist them to integrate into society. To improve the quality of their lives by providing recreational and leisure time activities and facilities.

to protect and preserve good health among Sikh/Panjabi women and children, who have suffered from or are exposed to domestic abuse and sexual exploitation including but not limited to:- a) The provision of support, education, training, and advice. b) The promotion of research into domestic abuse and sexual exploitation in all its forms an the publication of the useful results of such research

Promote Jewish Religous education and relief of poverty

The relief of poverty and preservation of health, anywhere in the world, in particular but not exclusively in Gambia by building community wells and the provision of food packages. A support group for people and/or their relatives living with Dementia. Me, Myself and I offers a light, bright and positive environment to relax and socialise. The Club is provides guest speakers, social events, activities and support. A comprehensive training programme supports individuals, family, schools and local businesses to raise awareness of dementia and create a friendly community.

To promote the education and relief of young people with learning difficulties. This is achieved through the provision of a programme of life skills training which encompasses numeracy and literacy, IT, arts and crafts and social activities.

ReVive International supports the work of a Brazilian NGO called 'ReaViva'. They work with young girls who have been forced into prostitution, have suffered from physical or sexual abuse or who find themselves in situations of sexual exploitation. ReVive is currently supporting their home for young girls and their other charitable activities.

The Foundation supports and adds value to the work of the many charities and agencies operating to combat human trafficking in the UK, through: (i) informing parliamentarians, policy makers and lead statutory agencies; (ii) raising public awareness; and (iii) providing a sustained and collective voice. We do not work in isolation but are guided and informed by the organisations we exist to serve.

THE TRUST PROVIDES DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT AND HELP TO SMALL COMMUNITY PROJECTS AND CHARITABLE STATUS THROUGH TWO SPECIFIC TRAINING & ENTERPRISE PROJECTS DEVELOPED BY THE SSBA; POETRY IN WOOD A PROJECT TEACHING WOODWORKING & OTHER SKILLS TO PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES & HEBA, A PROJECT TEACHING DISADVANTAGED WOMEN ESOL, SEWING, IT & OTHER LIFE SKILLS.

Drop-in day centre for homeless and vulnerable housed adults, including engaging in activities, volunteer program, work experience placements, referrals, general support, food parcels, breakfast, lunch, listening and befriending service, partnership working with drug and alcohol, mental health and local authority housing advice and support teams.

Home-Start offers support, friendship and practical help to parents in local communities throughout the UK, and with British Forces in Germany and Cyprus.Home-Start offers a unique service, recruiting and training volunteers who are usually parents themselves , to visit families at home who have at least one child under 5 and offer informal , friendly and confidential support.

Provision of equestrian facilities and training for those of all abilities including those who are disadvantaged and/or in need, minority and youth groups and those persons with physical and learning disabilities. A purpose and benefit of physical recreation, education and social welfare and promoting community participation in healthy recreation through the provision of equestrian sports.

One Vision is a community project which provides practical support to vulnerable individuals and families in the district of Watford. Support is provided to those who self-identify as needing relief as a result of inequalities caused by food poverty and social deprivation. From hot meals and food parcels to mental health signposting services.
