RELIGIOUS SPONSHORSHIP & RELIEF OF POVERTY & EDUCATION

The project aims to provide experiences and opportunities both social and educational to young people who are deemed to be disadvantaged and prone to "at risk" behaviour. DCYP supports young people from all areas of County Durham and helps to develop their social and emotional capabilities.

We are a domestic violence-focused charity operating in the Uk , Africa , Europe and USA. We provide online coaching , counselling , advocacy support for women of ethnic minority who has suffered domestic abuse.We also work with their children to provide therapeutic and coaching support, we provide cultural training and economic empowering services for these women in UK, Africa, Europe , USA

The Church has members in Bicester and its surrounding villages. It runs regular worship services, a variety of adult and youth groups, and is involved with the community on Graven Hill. It helps in schools, residential homes - and with other churches supports projects such as Bicester Food Bank and Refugee Support. It supports Christian mission overseas in various locations.

The advancement of the Christian faith in accordance with the Basis of Faith, primarily, but not exclusively, within Cardiff and the surrounding neighbourhood; and other charitable purposes including but not limited to: the prevention and relief of need, hardship and sickness.

Food Bank, Fundraising, Domestic Violence Awareness in different languages, Community Projects, Isolation Workshops.

To provide religious, cultural and social activities for Muslim youth and adults throughout the year. The charity is based in Stafford, however activities are open to all residents in Stafford and surrounding areas.

Rubies supports girls in Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland to increase self esteem, build resilience and make safe choices. We provide educational courses, mentoring and social activities for girls in order to help them recognise their strengths and know their true worth.

Provides a door to door community transport service for the residents of Wyre Forest District, Worcestershire and surrounding Counties who are in need of such a service because of age, sickness or disability (mental or physical) or poverty, or because of a lack of availability of adequate and safe public passenger services.

Developments in Literacy (DIL) UK is dedicated to providing quality education to disadvantaged children, especially girls, by establishing and operating schools in the underdeveloped regions of Pakistan, with a strong focus on gender equality and community participation. DIL UK in England supports language and vocational skills to mothers of under performing students & terminally ill children.

Provision of accommodation for lonely and elderly people in accordance with the aims and principles of the national Abbeyfield Society

The Octavia Foundation works with people affected by unemployment, ill health, social isolation or low incomes to connect them with opportunities for positive personal change. We deliver services in five key areas: care and support for older and vulnerable people work with young people help with training and employment help with money and debt involving the community

Empowering Kids in Kenya provides secondary school education to the poorest of the poor children in the Bombolulu suburb of Mombasa, Kenya. Only children who cannot afford an education are accepted into the school. They are charged no fees, no charge for uniforms nor food. Without the generosity of child sponsors and supporters, these children would not be able to attend this exceptional school.

Wyvern Community Transport provides fully accessible transport to permanent residents of Rochford District and Castle Point Borough on an individual basis who are unable to access public transport.

Liberty christian family centre has been running since 4 June 2000. We help the misfortunate and under privileged of Thetford and the surrounding areas through operating Thetford Foodbank. Thetford foodbank provides approx 50,000 meals a year to the needy people in our region.

Dunstable Foodbank was established in September 2012 to provide emergency food for individuals and families who find themselves in sudden financial crisis. It operates as an independent charity but under the guidelines set out by the national Christian charity, the Trussell Trust, and is actively supported by churches in Dunstable and the surrounding villages.
