Maidenhead Synagogue is a place of worship providing religious, educational and social events and services. We support the local community eg lunches for the homeless, school and police visits.There is a thriving religion school and youth group and a lunch club for the elderly.

The order operates retreats and spiritual exercises on a daily basis at various locations within the British Isles. Smithstone House in Kilwinning facilitates a community service learning program for offenders. The order promotes courses and conferences for young people from inner cities and deprived areas. In Bootle the order also cares for seafarers, most of whom come from developing countries.

The charity provides a range of disability-related services including:. Advice & Information - with a focus on welfare benefits and disability rights. Community Cafe - serving healthy, home-cooked food at affordable prices. Shopmobility - daily hire of mobility scooters and wheelchairs plus sales of disability aids. Volunteer scheme - with opportunities for training and development

We are an independent, user-led charity where all 15 trustees have a learning disability, and with members from across Oxfordshire. As well as promoting choice, empowerment and participation, we provide volunteering, training, social and paid work opportunities that combat isolation and lead to more fulfilling lives.

Akademi - South Asian Dance UK exists to promote understanding, appreciation and excellence in South Asian dance through education, community work with disadvantaged people, performance, dance development, resources and public services.

The charity is engaged in the provision of funding for the education of academically talented but economically disadvantaged young people from South Africa. In order to achieve this objective the charity hosts an annual golf day and two charity auctions. During the period the charity made substantial donations towards the education of a number of students from impoverished backgrounds.

WE PROVIDE FOOD AND OTHER ESSENTIAL ITEMS SUCH AS TOILETRIES , TO THOSE WHO FIND THEMSELVES IN A CRISIS. WE PROVIDE FOOD SUFFICIENT FOR 10 MEALS TO HELP PEOPLE THROUGH THEIR IMMEDIATE CRISIS.

Sikh Religious organisation provides religious, educational, cultural, Sports and Community development services in the Southall(West London) Area. It also provides relief for poverty within community and supports relief efforts in the event of disasters around the world.

Women Acting In Todays Society (WAITS) supporting women affected by domestic abuse, with specialism in supporting Global Majority women and offenders. Providing advocacy, refuge, counselling, development workshops that aim to increase skills and confidence. Empowering women, building the leadership skills of women to engage more effectively with networks, policy makers and service providers.

There were no activities carried out during the year 2018

School In A Bag provide rucksacks full of essential resources to poor, orphan, disadvantaged and disaster affected children around the world. The SchoolBags enable a child to write, draw, colour, calculate, express themselves, eat, drink, wash and above all, learn.
