Accrington Heritage Trust

Our key activities will be to educate people about the industrial, military and transport heritage of Accrington. We own a 1975 single-deck bus, the last surviving example painted in the dress uniform colours of the Accrington Pals. We are currently restoring this as a community asset by means of a National Lottery Heritage Fund grant and equipping it as a learning and exhibition vehicle.
