Cookie Policy
The cookies we set, what they do, and how to change your preferences.

Two categories
We organise cookies into two categories. The cookie banner you saw on your first visit lets you accept or reject each category independently.
- Strictly necessary — set automatically; required for the consent banner to remember your choice.
- Analytics — set only after you opt in; used to understand site usage.
Strictly necessary
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| cc_cookie | vanilla-cookieconsent | Records which categories you've consented to so we don't keep asking. | 6 months |
Analytics (opt-in)
These cookies are set only after you opt in via the banner. If you reject the analytics category, none of these cookies are written, and the underlying scripts (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) are not loaded.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics (via GTM) | Distinguish unique visitors. | 2 years |
| _gid | Google Analytics | Distinguish unique visitors within a 24-hour window. | 24 hours |
| _gcl_* | Google Tag Manager | Conversion tracking and ad-attribution support. | 90 days |
| _clck, _clsk | Microsoft Clarity | Anonymised session replay and heatmaps to identify usability problems. | 1 year / 24 hours |
Cookieless analytics
We also use Rybbit, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not set cookies. It records aggregate visit counts and page views without storing personal identifiers, so it doesn't appear in the tables above.
Changing your preferences
You can update your consent at any time by clicking "Manage cookie preferences" in the cookie banner. If you've previously dismissed it, you can reopen it by clearing your site cookies and refreshing the page.
You can also block cookies entirely in your browser settings. The site will continue to work; only the analytics features will be unavailable.
More on how we handle data
