Founded in 2009, Easy Street Theatre Company offers Sheffield's young creative talent the finest professional-grade theatrical training. With around 50 members, each year the company performs two large budget shows at some of Sheffield's most prestigious theatres. The charity provides help in the local community to those people needing to re-home their cats, taking in stray cats handed in to the vets or roaming in the local community, and for those looking to adopt a cat. We also run a trap, neuter, return scheme for feral cats located in the area. We have referred to the guidance contained in the charity commission's general guidance on public benefit.

To relieve & prevent suffering & distress in animals., particularly dogs, cats, horses, ponies,goats & domestic fowl & other such creatures in need of care & attention, rescue, sanctuary or re-homing by provision of such services as the charity shall from time to time decide.To advance public education in matters concerning animal welfare and aid.

Raise monies to help the needy pay vets fees for treatment / operations & vaccinations of pets in their care. Make regular donations and food supplies to Animal Sanctuaries to help in the up keep of unwanted animals that come into their care whilst looking for new homes for them.

To relieve the suffering of the cats in Menorca by trapping, neutering and where possible returning to where they were caught.To provide veterinary care for the sick and injured.Provide and maintain feeding stations throughout the island.Working with the locals to control, in a humane way, the cat population to prevent unwanted kittens being born and therefore unnecessary suffering.

Catch and treat stray and feral cats, neutering where necessary and giving preventative treatment before either releasing back to their environment or finding a new home. Fund raising for this activity.

The care and welfare of cats & kittens. Where necessary we will take in and re-home stray cats. Medical care is undertaken by local veterinary clinics. Advice and guidance is given over the phone, E-Mail or social media to all contacts. If we can't help we endeavour to refer to somebody who can.Our aim is to work together with surrounding charities and organisations to promote our mutual aims.

The rescuing and rehoming of abandoned pets and the financing of vet treatment as necessary. The charity runs a small cat sanctuary for temporarily housing cats and kittens and maintains contact with other charities having facilities for dogs and other pet animals. Also the charity liaises with local vets and contributes to the vet bills of OAPs when they cannot afford treatment for their pets.
