Rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of Boston Terriers and BT crosses, plus other small brachy breeds of dog. The only activities outside of the UK are to pay for dogs to be rescued and treated if necessary before being rehomed within the UK.

Dog rescue and rehoming.

To relieve the suffering of Shetland and Shetland type ponies and other breeds of Equine.Rescue and rehabilitation of Shetland Ponies and there sometimes much larger companions.To educate the public in all matters concerning Equine Welfare.To rehome ponies wherever possible on a foster care basis.

We are a volunteer run Rescue who take in and rehome abandoned cats and also feral kittens which are socialised before rehoming. We operate trap neuter release where we assist in trapping and neutering programmes of feral colonies and farm cats. Where feral cats cannot stay where they are they are rehomed on suitable smallholdings, stables or farms.

French Bulldog Saviours is a non-profit making breed-rescue charity (Registered Charity No. 1163829) run entirely by volunteers who strive to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home French Bulldogs in need or at risk, giving them a better chance of living a healthy and happy life in a permanent loving home. Education is a large part of what we do and we will help dogs in their on home.

To provide horse riding lessons as a therapy to disabled children and young people for the benefit and improvement of their wellbeing. The charity operates a riding stable in Hampstead Norreys, Berkshire for the sole use of disabled riders. Weekly riding lessons are provided to children from special needs schools and units from Newbury and the surrounding area of West Berkshire.

Wilton RDA offers the opportunity to disabled people to take part in the sport of horse riding. Our riding centre is in the small town of Wilton in Wiltshire where we have a number of horses suitable for riding by disabled people well supported by volunteers in a sheltered environment.

Our main activity related to rehoming and rehabilitating a variety of animals, including primarily dogs, cats & small animals. We also actively promote and run local neutering campaigns, liaise with and talk to local groups regarding education around responsible animal ownership and welfare, and support local families at times of hardship with both veterinary care and feeding of pets if required.

Therapy Dogs Nationwide is a non profit making organisation, managed entirely by volunteers.Therapy Dogs have been found to have all round benefits for people in hospitals, hospices, residential homes, schools, prisons, care centres etc. Volunteers are all registered with the organisation, their dogs are all temperament assessed and are covered by the obligatory insurance for visiting.

Cat Rescue Shelter, we take in stray & unwanted Cats, neuter, vaccinate and vet treat where applicable and re-home to suitable and responsible people.

The charity rehomes unwanted and abandoned dogs from all over the UK. The charity is based in the East Midlands.

RSPCA West Gwynedd Branch runs an almoning scheme offering free or subsidised neutering of cats and dogs to owners on means-tested benefits, while funds last. We also provide assistance for paying veterinary bills on the same proviso.We re-home cats & kittens.Fund-raising is primarily via our shop at Pwllheli. To organise an annual agricultural/horticultural/horse show for the people of Minsterley and surrounding area which promotes farming and its associated crafts. To arrange social events to support the above financially, and involve the local community in the shows patronage.

UK Pounds have 7 days legally to find the owners of dogs, once that time is up the dogs can be put to sleep. We help find rescue spaces and support the rescues so that homes can be found. We support dogs needing emergency help if owners cannot look after them, short or long term, transport dogs to safety and provide end of life care. We run a neuter campaign reducing the number of unwanted dogs

Care and control of the feral and stray cat population on the island of Ibiza in the Spanish Balearics

There are three parts to the village hall together with changing rooms for the adjacent playing fields. Activities that are undertaken in the hall are - carpet bowls, mother & toddler groups, children's play & dance groups, dog training, private hire, flower clubs, ladies groups, keep fit, weight watchers, war games. training, singing groups, art clubs etc.

East Grinstead and District Lions Club (CIO) operates in the East Grinstead and surrounding areas in Sussex, Surrey and Kent, raising funds though activities by organising local events such as our May fair, Donkey Derby, Swim Night and selling secondhand books at the local Railway stations. These funds are then used to mainly provide grants for the benefit of those in need in the local community.
