We are a small dedicated professional rescue team with over 30 years of dedication for the care and rescue of cats and kittens. Our main facility, houses cats & kittens, waiting to meet you and their family today! To provide a safe haven (sanctuary) for neglected, unwanted and abandoned cats and Kittens. Wherever possible to treat and re-habilitate all cats and kittens.

Working with the National Society of the RSPCA, with particular reference to the geographic area of the branch. Financially independent and run by local volunteers, we rehabilitate and rehome abused and neglected, cats and rabbits. We also provide assistance to ensure sick animals receive appropriate veterinary treatment.

The objectives of the Great Dane Adoption Society are to relieve the suffering and distress of dogs, in particular the breed known as Great Danes, who are in need of attention by reason of homelessness, by the provision of temporary shelter, veterinary treatment and by finding permanent homes for such dogs.

This is a village hall for the whole community for Landrake and surrounding areas. The activities are as follows- Badminton, Short mat bowls, Dog Classes, Bingo, Childrens Parties, Tabletop sales etc. The hall is hired out to the community.

To relieve sickness, pain, fear and stress amongst sick, elderly, unwanted or neglected horses, ponies and other animals and to prevent ill treatment and cruelty to such animals. Also to educate and advise the public, particularly those members of the public involved in the care of such animals, on the ways in which to care for the needs of such animals.

To provide financial assistance to rescuers in Romania sheltering stray and abandoned dogs and cats. To find suitable, safe homes for said animals in Romania, Western Europe and the UKTo promote animal welfare in both Romania and the UK through education and the support of spay/neutering campaigns

Our key activities are the rescue, care and rehoming of unwanted dogs. Alongside this we attempt to educate members of the public on animal welfare issues to help prevent suffering of animals in the future.

For the benefit of the public to relieve the suffering of cats in need of care and attention and in particular to provide and maintain rescue homes or other facilities for the reception care and treatment of such cats and to educate the public in matters pertaining to animal welfare in general and the prevention of cruelty and suffering among animals.

We offer high impact horse-powered interventions for hard to reach participants. Participants usually have multiple problems and live in difficult situations. The method used is a revolutionary approach to mental health/self-regulation with excellent impact evidence. Participants are helped to become calm and focused by learning to communicate with specially trained horses from the ground.

Operating in Cyprus we rescue dogs that may be strays, in pounds or brought to us by caring for them and finding them new homes (generally in the UK) and also with other charities try to exert pressure on the Cyprus Government to legislate for better protection for animals and to consistently apply the current legislation.

A community hall serving the needs of many organisations in Bedfordshire for various functions. Comprises hall, stage, committee room, kitchen and bar. Hired through bookings officer (see email or by phone 01525 634215). Uses include weddings, birthdays, barn dances, tea dances, quiz nights, drama performances, dog shows, breast cancer screening, exhibitions, charity fundraising.

The Shelley Centre is a member of The Riding for the Disabled Association Charity no 244108. As an independent charity we provide riding for the health & wellbeing for children and adults with physical and learning disabilities. We not only teach riding skills but use the horse for therapy through exercise. We work five days a week during term time with approx 130 riders a year and 90 volunteers.

Rescue of Feral cats and kittens

Ryedale Dog Rescue is a charity caring for unwanted and abandoned dogs in the Ryedale, Scarborough and East Yorkshire areas. It is run by a team of volunteers and financed soley by donations and fundraising events.

The company shall hold the income of The White Horse Show and any other income or property received, for thegeneral charitable purposes for the benefit of the inhabitants of the three villages of Uffington, Baulking andWoolstone. The Trustees assess applications from and provide support, in the form of grants, to worthy community projects.

To relieve the suffering of blind, partially sighted dogs and other animals in Europe and the UK. To rescue and rehome said animals. To offer advice and support, and educate owners, potential owners and the public about said animals.

The charity aims to act as a resource for young people in the area of Rossendale, primarily Whitewell ward. Inspired by Christian faith we provide advice and assistance and organise programmes of physical, educational and other activities. We aim to create a safe environment for young people where they can reach their full potential, allowing them to build a better future for themselves.

The Carriage Foundation aims to promote, care for, preserve and interpret horse drawn carriages as an integral part of the history of transport. We are currently managing the 'Carriages of Britain' project, an online database of publicly accessible carriages and have long term plans to explore the possibility of founding a National Carriage Museum.

The rescue & rehoming of Shih Tzus in need, who have been signed over to the charity for rehoming by previous owners. Also, in the case of the death of the owner, the family wish the dog to be rehomed by the charity.

Promotion, welfare and protection of the DARTMOOR HILL PONY. Increasing the public awareness through education. Maintaining the bio diversity of the moor and protecting the ponies future. Improving pony health and fertility management. Leading to better managed and more productive commons.

We aim to provide a permanent and holistic retirement home for horses, donkeys and other animals, whilst at the same time creating and sustaining habitats that encourage wildlife, birds and native plant species. We also aim to educate and inspire the public by example and through walks, talks and courses.

We actively warn owners against offering their Border Collies for free on Preloved/Gumtree/Freead websites, and educate about the dangers of these dogs being used as bait in dog fighting communities. Moreover, we organise support for owners and suggest additional options such as the use of our fostering / adoption programme. We are located in the UK and cover England, Scotland and Wales.
