Pevensey Memorial Hall is for the use of the community. The hall is hired out for Ballroom Dancing, Modern Sequence Dancing, Indoor Bowls, Guides and Brownies. Bingo is held every Friday evening and the Hall is hired out at any other available time for various functions. The Hall also produces a 32 page glossy covered magazine, The Parish Pump,distributed free to 5000 homes, three times a year.

The charity provides a facility for local residents to undertake a variety of activities ranging from childcare, sports, dance, club and other recreational functions.

To promote, maintain, improve and advance education, particularly by the production of educational plays and the encouragement of the Arts, including the arts of drama, mime, dance, singing and music.To formulate, prepare and establish schemes therefore provided that all objects of the Company shall be of a charitable nature.

We are a Youth Centre open for any young person aged 13 - 25 years in the Adur Area. Activities at present include: Sports i.e. football, table tennis, pool, dodge ball; arts and crafts, dance, music, tv, junior leader training, educational training.

We provide rooms for hire by the general public and organisations for, dancing, parties, concerts, craft fairs, car boot sales, sports such as Judo, short mat bowls, adult education classes,lectures, recreation, art and business meetings etc.

Activities for the local community including many with a youth focus 6 days of the week particularly concentrating on week day evenings. Also large women's groups of Somali and Bangladeshi ethnic origin, Tai Chi, Ball Room Dance, patchwork, Zumba, and heritage events for all associated with this internationally known centre. The Village Hall is hired out to the local and wider communicty for private functions and also for community activites (WI, Keep Fit, Gardening Club, Dancing, Yoga, Parish Council Meetings, Mums and Tots, Short Mat Bowls to name a few)

The aim of the Tudor Rose Festival is to prepare young people for a public occasion, allowing them the opportunity to perform and present their work to an audience. It also gives them the chance to receive advice from a professional to help build confidence in themselves and prepare them for a possible future in the world of entertainment.

The village hall was completed in 2012 and opened by HRH The Earl of Wessex on 15 October 2012. It is used on a daily basis by all age groups and by various organisations within the parish and surrounding district. Kingsley and Newton Village Institute is a charitable community building within the rural village of Kingsley in Cheshire. The Institute has a main hall with bar area, snooker room, bowling green and two tennis courts. Various social activities take place on the premises including line dancing, quiz nights, indoor and outdoor bowls, art classes, snooker and private parties.

Within our local area (Apsley) we provide a community building for many different sectionsof society to use & take part in various activities be it Elderly Persons Social Club, Sport, Education or Recreational.ACA also hold a fortnightly Tea Dance approximately 22/23 per year, other fund raising events may occur

Broadway Youth & Community Centre provides a hall with facilities for community use in the Grindon/Barnes area of Sunderland.Current activities include Children's Dance lessons, Toddler groups, fitness classes for all ages with Active Families NE, a meeting venue for the Association of Sunderland Town Women's Guilds, Broadway Towns Womens Guild and Sunderland & District Model Railway Society.

Llanfair Caereinion Public Hall & Institute is a community resource for the whole town and surrounding villages. Activities inc. library, polling station, WI, Merched y Wawr, Homely Club, Historical Soc., indoor bowls, pilates, yoga, choir, Welsh, Young Farmers, dance, drama, recording studio, concerts, Llanfair carnival, Christmas lights, wedding receptions, funeral teas, parties, etc.

Blue Bell Hill Village Hall's current activites include: Daily Pre school, Dance School, Table Tennis, Yoga, Children's Parties, Crafts, Carer's Support Group, Religious Gatherings.

As a long-established Women's Institute with our own hall we can provide a wide range of opportunities for our members to learn new skills or follow established interests in all or any of the following activities: Art, craft, drama, indoor bowls, badminton, croquet, country dancing, table tennis, scrabble. Local Community Groups have use of our hall in evenings and at week-ends.
