To advance the Christian religion for the benefit of the public through the ministry of various art forms, the holding of events, prayer meetings, lectures, public celebration of religious festivals to enlighten others about the Christian religion.

The purpose of Alliance Dance Unit is to give individuals, particularly young people, the opportunity to participate in the arts. Founded by Torron-Lee Dewar BCAa in 2009, Alliance Dance Unit aims to bring people together in a positive way thus making communities stronger while reducing the local crime rate. The charity has gained over 10 awards nationally since establishing.

The West Community Centre runs a variety of activities eg. Martial Arts, Art club, Keep fit, Line Dance, Dance classes in tap and Ballet for all ages. We also have table tennis training and Association Table Tennis. We have a Martial Art Class and a Zumba Class. We have a social club and rent out our halls for various uses.

The activities are mainly general advice drop-in and appointment service 3 days per week on:1.Immigration and sign posting2.Home work club 3.Promoting Environmental Awareness 4.Pre volunteering activities 5.Money advice and workshops on crimes issues6.Promoting the African culture through food, music, dance and drama7.Health Living project

Polling Station / Local markets / Yoga / Keep Fit / Dog Training - Kennel Club / Dance Practice / Parties for children / Local theatre / Local events such as quizzes / Heritage centre / Exhibitions for the benefit of ALL members of the village and local area etc.

The primary objective of BFBNC is to promote and advance the education of the public in the art of classical ballet and dance through supporting the Ballet Nacional de Cuba inter alia by providing resourcs to enhance facilities and equipment and to develop new productions

Regular activities are Badminton Club, Snooker Club, Loaves and Fishes Church Youth Club, Bingo, Painting (art) Club, Cinema Club, Quiz Nights, Themed Nights (music/dance). The hall has also been approved by the Learning and Skills Councilas a venue for accredited courses.The hall can also be hired by non-members (at the discretion of the Trustees)

Dacorum Borough Council granted a new lease to enable Gadebridge Community Centre to take on and manage GYC. It forms an integral part of support to the Community including a large hall (ideal for dance lessons inc. tap dancing) a high ceiling gym and an internet cafe with a dedicated tutor and many other activities. Trustees & staff are DBS registered

The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation in particular by the provision of facilities for participation in cheerleading, dance and tumbling

The giving of grants from monies collected through individual donations and through the sale of tickets to dinner and dance and other such functions to the poor and otherwise needy including natural disaster victims to help to alleviate their suffering.

We have a social meeting every last Tuesday of the month where ex-airborne soldiers can meet and talk about old war stories. We also arrange memorial trips to Normandy and Arnhem for our ex WW2 Vets plus having a few social evenings, such as an Xmas Dance, a summer BBQ and a race night when it is possible. We also make donations to other military deserving causes.

The Hounslow Festival of M, S & D (affiliated to the British and International Federation of Festivals for Music, Dance & Speech) is a competitive festival with classes of all ages and abilities in Singing/ Piano/ Dancing/Instrumental & Speech that takes place every year. The aim is to encourage the study & performance of the arts by giving the opportunity for public performance & adjudication.

The charity manages a hall erected in memory of 6 local men who gave their all during the second world war. A weekly whist evening by Committee Members. Regular hires include RAOB, 3 dance groups, and circuit training classes, brass band together with various other small groups. The hall is available for hire for other functions at other times including Saturday and Sunday.

Eccleston Over 60s Club provides activities for Over 60s at Bateman Hall, Eccleston.The Club meets on Tuesdays and members play dominoes and bingo. The Club also holds domino and bingo evenings Fridays. Bateman Hall is hired out to other local organisations eg. Weight Watchers, Pilates, Belly Dance. Ladies keep Fit. We also hold fund raising events, such as coffee mornings.

We are a small community centre, that hire the hall at an affordable price for all, it is currently used to run puppy classes, line dancing, exercise classes and messy play sessions, plus private parties where we are able to supply affordable dj equip, well as our own volunteers who run lunch clubs, youth clubs, bingo sessions and family fun days in order to get the community together.

Small idependent local charity, raising money for local cancer care. Fundraising activities include dinner dances, barn dance, quiz night, bridge evening and cake/book stalls at numerous fetes. Money raised is used to buy/contribute towards items for use in cancer care at local hospitals and hospices.

Gittisham hall is hired out for various public events: Weddings, parties, folk dance club & meetings by various groups. As a charity we hold social events for surrounding areas such as Gittisham, Gittisham Vale & Honiton. Holding Pantomime, season events such as Burns Night, Fete's. These events are attended by various ages. The hall is our main place to gather in our village.

Provides a venue for the following activities: - Pre- School, Carpet Bowls, Pilates, Tai Chi, Zumba, Table Tennis, Horticultural Society, BUDS and Dance classes for Children.Contact point in case of emergencies/disaster in local area.

Promotion of Scottish Country Dancing in the Sutton Coldfield and surrounding areas.

Fundraising activities based in school, for example Discos, Spring dance, summer fair, sponsored events etc.
