EXAMPLES OF EVENTS WE HOLD ARE: QUIZ & CHIPS, FIREWORKS, SUMMER FAIR, WINE TASTING EVENT, AUCTION OF PROMISES AND CHRISTMAS MEAL, RAFFLES, PLANT SALES, CAKE SALES, LUCKY NUMBERS, FILM NIGHTS, CHRISTMAS CARDS AND TEA TOWELS. All activities are held within the school or organised via the school.

Monthly cake sales, Summer and Christmas Fayres, Pamper evenings, Film nights, Discos, Quiz nights, Sponsored events, Golf day, Nearly new uniforms, Phil the bag (recycling clothes) Secret shops, Mothers and Father day shops.

Buxton Film is a community cinema that aims to bring the best national and international film not otherwise available to everyone in the town of Buxton.

We raise money to enhance the school Journey for the children at Norton Juxta Kempsey C of E Primary School. Activities take place at the school, i.e Summer & Christmas Fayres, Film night, disco etc.

The Hall is used for community led activities including sales, sports, Bridge Club, charity events, meetings including AGM's, cinema, theatrical and musical performances, and parties both adult & childrens.

The Homefield Association organises events to build the community within the school and to raise funds to provide equipment or facilities to support to school. Annual events include a Fireworks Night, Christmas Fair, Quiz Night, Film Night, Easter Egg Hunt and Summer Fun Day.

Weekly Scouts, Art group, Yoga, Shortmat bowls, Table Tennis, Monthly Parish Council meetings, Films,Jazz Nights twice per year.Snooker table always available and hall is used by locals for parties, table sales, training days, public lectures, Christmas Market and other church functions,concerts.

All our activities help advance the education of pupils at our school. We raise funds to help support theschool with essential resources such as computer equipment. We provide opportunities for whole schoolevents such as a pantomime trip. We organise fund raising events where the activity is also of benefit tothe pupils e.g discos and film nights and facilitate community involvement.

The activities of the Community Library provide a service which involves the loan of books and other media such as audio books and films on DVD etc. These activities foster and encourage the appreciation of books, literature and associated matters for the whole community.

Social media awareness and support nationwide and personal friendship and support. School talks in merseyside and the northwest. We made films thats educate men and target social media so they learn how to check their testicles. Our online support forum has over 2100 members that help and support each other.We work with the armed forces spreading awareness. donate funds to needed campaigns

In association with the Union Films of Southampton University Students Union, The Phoenix (Southampton Film Theatre) periodically shows a wide range of films to subscribing members of the general public and members of Union Films. Its aims are to provide entertainment, to encourage an appreciation of the medium of film and to promote the use of film as a record of contemporary life.

We are a community recording studio that provides training, services and facilities to young people, communities and local artists in Oldham and surrounding areas. We specialise in working with young people and disadvantaged communities through music and film - developing their skills and confidence whilst providing long term opportunities for individuals who are serious about a future in media.

The charity is a collective of Parents, Staff and local supporters who raise funds for use by Crofton Hammond Infant School. We do so through activities such as cake sales, uniform sales, Christmas markets, summer fayres, film nights and discos. We have previously funded outdoor play areas, book collections, interactive whiteboards and ICT equipment for the school.

The charity arranges general meetings monthly when an outside speaker is invited to present an illustrated talk to members on a variety of subjects. Members are also able to participate in interest groups covering activities such as art & crafts, film & theatre, languages & literature, food & drink, card & board games and various sports. Coffee mornings and social excursions are arranged also.

Lincoln Film Society (?LFS?) promotes learning for pleasure by people of the City of Lincoln through the continued development of their understanding of film. LFS organises and presents film events, predominantly screenings, supplemented by talks from invited actors, directors, people who perform off-screen functions, and concluding with open discussions among the audience after each film.

Rainbow is a non-profit, voluntary socio-cultural organisation, devoted to visual arts and films. The aim and objective of the Society is to advance the education of the public in the knowledge, understanding and appreciation of arts, particularly the art of film and allied visual techniques.Rainbow promotes the study and appreciation of cinema by means of lectures, discussions, and exhibitions.

To build and maintain space and facilities for a school of music and film in Makeni, Sierra Leone, free at point of use for local young people of Makeni and the Bombali District, Sierra Leone. This includes a purpose-designed school building, teaching, musical instruments and film making and recording equipment, including cameras, editing facilities and computers; plus some food and transport.

Village hall which provides venue for film club, table tennis ,yoga,knit and natter group to regularly meet. Also a venue for both Wayford and West Crewkerne parish council meetings. Throughout the year coffee mornings,bingo,jumble sales and quizzes are held as well as plays and music evenings.

We are a community centre and provide a venue for local organisations and groups - art groups and exhibitions, church, bridge, cinema club, amateur dramatics, wedding receptions, meetings, social gatherings, craft & needlework.

Polsted Village Hall Management Committee is responsible for the maintenance and letting of the building. In order to enhance the hall's financial well-being the committee runs fund-raising events. The committee also runs some social events which are of benefit to the community, e.g. Village lunch & digital cinema screenings.

The object of Friends of Samuel Lucas (FOSL) is to advance the education of pupils at the school by engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advances the education of the pupils through fund raising events including school picnics, fairs and festivals, film and quiz nights, childrens disco etc
