We seek to make the basic scientific information on birds more correctly and completely available to ornithologists in Asia where library resources are wholly inadequate and where museum collections of reference materials are few, modest in size and difficult to sustain due to economic and/or cultural factors. we achieve this mainly through publication.

The Trust is involved in the protection and conservation of historic parks and gardens. It promotes awareness of them through lectures, visits and study days. It awards grants for conservation projects and to schools and community groups to encourage horticultural activities. Research into historic designed landscapes is encouraged with findings being published in its Journal.

The specific objective of the Chapter is to study and spread the ideals, teachings and exemplary life of our National Hero, Dr. Jose Rizal. Raises funds through membership contributions and donations,trips to scenery places in the UK. Extends donations and study grants in the Phils. The Philippine Embassy allocated a small space as Rizal's library wherein we furnished some books written by him.

To advance the traditional Roman Catholic religion in the United Kingdom for the benefit of the public through the holding of public religious celebrations, prayer services, devotions, lectures, seminars, conferences, and spiritual retreats, and producing and/or distributing literature on the Marian spirituality to enlighten others about the Roman Catholic religion.

The object of the charity is to promote the study of local history in Warwickshire. It does this by lectures and by publications. The Society meets approximately ten times yearly to hear speakers, and to visit sites of historical interest, It publishes Warwickshire History and a bulletin, both distributed free to members twice a year.

We study our scriptures and literature for understanding and comprehension. We promote respect, compassion and affections for mankind, animals and environment. We respect all communities for harmonious living. We have a discussion group and vegetarian club and encourage talks and discussions on religious, cultural and healthy living styles.

To provide financial support to and promote the services of Oxfordshire County Council Community Library's branch in Kennington, Oxford and to provide volunteers to assist library staff during opening hours . The charity holds regular free events for young children in the library and promotes readership more generally, including talks given by authors. It also arranges local fundraising events.

Archaeological excavation and presentation to the public in the Orpington area. Dissemination of archaeological and historical information principally via monthly lectures and a quarterly magazine.

Provides a service to blind and partially sighted people by providing audio versions of 7 news publications.

Preaching of the Word of God , Practice of Christianity There literature provided which deals with the teaching of Jesus Christ as the Lord our saviourThe educational programs are more to do with teaching to children Sunday school on Biblical basis.

We raise funds to support university fees and general associated educational costs including books and travel for those wishing to enter religious life. This benefits the students, it also creates an inclusive sense of community and belonging amongst those who are involved in the social and fund raising events, encouraging everyone to participate within their capacity.

We raise money to be donated to Valewood Primary School to improve facilities and for necessary equipment, books, and other educational material. We raise money by running events and raffles.

Apna Heritage promotes and advances the education of the public in all aspects of the arts, culture and heritage (such as language, literature, and genealogy) of the Mirpur region and surroundings including the Pothohar Plateau, Jammu & Kashmir, and northern Pakistan. The CIO does this in particular by conducting research, disseminating it to the public, and by creating a digital heritage archive.

Provides recreation for senior citizens in the form of somewhere to meet, play snooker, watch television, use library and socialise, generally over a cup of tea and light refreshment.Providing the opportunity to play competitive snooker or billiards, in the two local leagues with people of like age.

Halesworth Tennis Club is open to both members and the public to play tennis. Members and the public can book courts on line.We are a small friendly club and we welcome new members of all standards and have a full range of coaching activities for all age groups to both improve their game and overall fitness.
