Kimpton May Festival is run by the villagers of Kimpton over the first bank holiday weekend in May raising money for the Trust. On the Saturday there is a procession down the High Street followed by arena events on the Rec with stalls run by various village organisations. Other activities over the weekend include Art Exhibition, Craft Market, Fun Run, Music Night and Cream Teas.

Various clubs and societies of all ages meet, including AA, Athletics Club, Keep Fit, Reeth Brass Band, Reeth District Memorial Hall Management Committee, Open Minds, Reeth Parish Council, Reeth Show Committee, Seated Exercise, Swaledale Seedlings, Swale Singers, Two Dales 1st Responders and Young Farmers. It is a venue for live music, dances and drama for the benefit of the community.

South Downs Summer Music International Festival is an annual week-long classical music festival in the village of Alfriston, East Sussex, featuring both world class and up and coming young artists.

TO PROMOTE, IMPROVE AND ADVANCE EDUCATION IN, AND APPRECIATION OF, THE ARTS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE STAGING OF EVENTS FEATURING PERFORMANCE AND PROMOTION OF FOLK MUSIC IN ITS VARIOUS FORMS, AND ASSOCIATED ARTS AND CUSTOMS WITHIN THE FOLK TRADITION, INCLUDING AN ANNUAL FOLK MUSIC FESTIVAL IN ALLEN VALLEY

1. To advance the appreciation and knowledge to the public in the art of theatre organ music.2. To acquire, preserve and operate those theatre organs which are of historic and educational value for the benefit of the public.

We put on live concerts of classical orchestral and chamber music in the geographicalarea of the Diocese of Ely.We also hold at least one orchestral workshop a year, open to any member of the public whohas reached Grade 5, to play alongside members of the orchestra.We also from time to time provide outreach workshops at local schools, always in associationwith the school management.

To promote traditional Scottish Country Dance & Music in the Ribble Valley Area. Weekly classes are provided at beginner and intermediate level; six practice events were held, open to all. Members of the branch are required to belong to the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society (a Scottish charity). At the year end there were 60 members.

Village hall used by the local community for various activities (Tai Chi, line dancing, spirutlist meetings, social events such as parties, wedding receptions, puppy training classes, music rehearsals) and hired out to local businesses.

We raise funds for the school to spend on educational equipment, books, trips, sports and music activities and equipment, visits and additional onsite or offsite projects delivered in conjunction with the school and external providers. We provide funding for additional staff outside normal class times as required.We also promote communication between the school, teachers and parents.

To educate the public in the dramatic and operatic arts by promoting plays, drama, comedies, operas, operettas and other dramatic and operatic works.

To promote and maintain public education in and appreciation of music by presentation of public concerts recitals and workshops, and supporting local charities

To give special emphasis to the presentation of works with Jewish associations, The Choir is a non-profit making organisation whose individual members do not seek payment for their activities.

Social activities, provision of refreshments and light meals, reminiscence therapy, music therapy, support for carers and access to information relating to dementia, advice and advocacy.

The charity educates the public in operatic and dramatic arts by performing mixed music concerts and a full stage show

MEETINGS HELD IN UK, IN PERSON & BY ZOOM, SOMETIMES ALSO IN USA & EUROPE.

The presentation of performances of Grand and Light Opera and the promotion of the Arts and Music.

Money is used to enhance and support various activities carried on in the school. These include sporting, musical, artistic and dramatic pursuits, where equipment is purchased and expenses paid. Funds are also used to provide resources in support of pupils learning and physical activities in and out of school, and for functions that may involve pupils, governors, staff, parents and visitors.

The Lady R Foundation identifies those that have been forgotten, overlooked and stigmatised in today's society and aims through its concerts and other activities to highlight their difficulties and bring comfort and relief.

The Society is established to provide a symphony orchestra of amateur musicians to promote the advancement and improvement of the general public taste in instrumental music and to engage in the promotion and presentation of musical concerts of educational value and to encourage the study and practice of music by means of grants and prizes.

To preserve for use the building known as Grimsby Central Hall Duncombe Street Grimsby as a public venue for arts activities and social community and religious purposes.Promote, maintain, improve and advance education for the benefit of the public particularly by the encouragement of the arts including the arts of drama, ballet, music, singing, literature, sculpture and painting.

Nottingham Symphonic Winds (NSW) consists of Nottingham Symphonic Wind Orchestra (NSWO) and Nottingham Wind Ensemble (NWE). The groups perform concerts for the general public and help raise funds for other charities and similar organisations.
