The organisation chooses musicals , plays and concerts to perform by selecting a varied range of topical day to day issues that are performed / represented . It encourages the general public to participate in the above and to be part of viewing audiences .

Soundwaves facilitates a number of social and creative music making groups with people who experience learning disabilities. These activities include singing, playing instruments, writing and performing original songs and music.

The Trust is primarily for the benefit of assisting towards the cost of school clothing for secondary school pupils. This is under review with the aim of adding in other funds and updating activities.

Brass Band

Music and Dance Education Trust provides creative arts development within early years, schools and extended schools, youth and community and health care settings. Participants ages range from 0-90+, including disabled people. The Trust works closely with a range of partners from the Public, Private and Third Sectors in order to establish innovative arts programmes in Cornwall.

Amateur chamber choir, performing 4 concerts per year in North London

For the Patronages of Wymering, Cosham, Farlington and Great Oxenden, supporting the parishes and benefices financially and in any other way the Trustees see fit. Support the provision of music in schools and young people, especially those from deprived backgrounds, as a therapy to help those suffering from physical and mental illness. Support other charitable activities as agreed by the Trustees.

PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC CHORAL CONCERTS AND RECITALS

Haverhill Silver Band provides an environment for like minded amateur brass musicians to rehearse for public performances both locally and nationally.

The holding of an annual music Festival in Shaldon dedicated to the memory of David Parkhouse

The Portsmouth Music Festival provides a platform for amateur performance combined with an educational element from professional musicians, dancers and speakers. The Festival takes place during February and March. We welcome entries from all amateur musicians, speakers and dancers.

The Charity's volunteers carry out most of the management of the Botanic Garden, including gardening, plant records and woodland management. We show visitors around the Garden and arrange gardening and botanical training courses, walks and garden visits. We arrange concerts and other entertainments at the Garden and hold plants sales.

Educational - Provision of performance opportunities for amateurs of all ages in the arts of music, dance and speech

Eisteddfodau held for three days annually, with competing performances in Music, Reciting and Drama, for children, young people and adults.

TO RENOVATE, RESTORE, ENHANCE AND PRESERVE ST PETER'S CHURCH IN HINTON ROAD, BOURNEMOUTH (THE "CHURCH") AND ITS CHAPEL OF THE RESURRECTION WHICH SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:(A) RENOVATING RESTORING, ENHANCING AND PRESERVING THE FEATURES, CONTENTS, ARCHITECTURE AND GROUNDS OF THE CHURCH AND CHAPEL OF THE RESURRECTION; AND(B) DEVELOPING A LITERATURE AND MUSIC CENTRE.

To further education in the arts in its widest sense in the Waterside Parishes of the New Forest, through Festivals of music, art, dance and drama. It is an enabling organisation bringing together local groups and providing venues for them to perform, along with publicity and general administration. The trustees can also help other like-minded organisations within their geographical area.

MUSIC, THROUGH ACTIVITIES OF OUR CHAMBER CHOIR

London Metropolitan Brass is an amateur brass band organisation, running three brass bands and a learners course in North London. We perform to local audiences at concerts and open-air events such as summer fetes, and occasionally perform further afield at the Whit Friday contests or on tour. We support local civic and community events.

The Jack Lonergan Foundation has been established to promote musical education for young people who may not have access to such opportunities. Our focus is to ensure that financial support and provision of instruments is available to children and young adults who have an appetite to learn to play an instrument, sing, or develop music technology skills.

Our aim is to promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of the art and science of music by the presentation of public concerts and performances and by such other ways as the association through its committee shall determine from time to time. We aim to promote the public understanding and engagement with science through performing at Science Festivals.
