To advance the education of the public in the art and science of music by maintaining an orchestra to provide concerts, with a view to the training and development of amateur musicians in a common effort to bring high quality musical performances to members of the public.

The charity provides grants to young people who live in or were born in Charlton Kings and are under the age of 25. These grants are made for educational purposes - e.g. funding towards National Curriculum history trips, music lessons, activities associated with Guiding and Scouting (such as international gatherings), support for university or college education.

The objects of the Society are to advance, improve, develop and maintain public education in, and appreciation of, the art and science of music in all its aspects by any means the Society sees fit, including through the presentation of public concerts and recitals.

The choir performs in concerts in Derbyshire and across the UK to raise awareness of the male voice choral tradition, and to raise funds for local charities.

PROVISION OF ENTERTAINMENT AND MUSICAL TRAINING

TO CREATE, TEACH, ENCOURAGE AND DELIVER MUSICAL AND PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES TO ADULTS OF ALL AGES IN OUR COMMUNITY

To provide a youth club for children and young people aged 7 years to 17 years, providing them with a variety of activities, including sport, cookery, computers, photography, dancing and music, drama. To arrange visits to other locations for activities which are not available locally.

Temple Ministries is a Christian Organisation providing information regarding the Christian Faith. Our activities include a church and other outreach forums/mechanisms including speaking/music engagements with the view to support those who are already Christians or to recruit more followers to the Christian faith.

Apollo seeks to promote positive mental health and emotional well-being through the healing and therapeutic power of music and arts. In partnership with educational establishments, health care services and others, Apollo co-produces performance-based and participatory projects and bespoke training programmes. We champion the role of the arts in promoting positive mental health.

SSBB seeks to advance the education of young people of Stockport and Greater Manchester in the pursuit of music making through its organisation, support, training and provision of music facilities. SSBB continues to advance the education of the general public in the art of brass band music through continuing to perform in public in many different venues including theatres, churches and schools.

To promote education in, and the advancement of the art of brass band music for the benefit of the public, in particular by the holding of a festival to promote standards of excellence in brass band music and its performance.

Berachah-Faith Ministries (BFM) endeavours to enhance the provision and opportunities for its beneficiaries to develop and utilise their full potential in all areas of spiritual, social and human productivity. We develop training in musical instruments as well as vocal skills in the church and the wider community. We aim to deliver positive messages.

Music making for the community

Our Festival organises Music, Dance and Speech and Drama festivals , competitions and other occasional concerts and events for the people of Taunton and its locality.

THE CHARITY EDUCATES THE PUBLIC IN THE ARTS AND SCIENCES AND IN PARTICULAR THE ART AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC IN THE PRESENTATION OF CONCERTS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES E.G. AN OPEN "COME AND SING" DAY. IN ALTERNATE YEARS THE CHARITY GIVES ITS SERVICES FREE TO SUPPORT A CHURCH OR CHARITY IN THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE.
