The charity provides bursaries to young people in full-time education who sing in the choir of St Mary the Virgin, Nottingham. The scholars sing for choral services during term-time and take part in concerts and recitals.

The Brighton Chamber Choir is a mixed voice choir of about 30 members. It performs three to four concerts a year, which may include a concert raising funds for a charitable organisation.

The GMPMVC gives concerts throughout the UK but mainly within the GMP area. By invitation, it has also sung in the EU.The Choir has been privileged to assist in raising many thousands of pounds for organisations and charities such as Scope, The Rainbow Trust, The Deep Sea Fishermen's Mission, Rochdale Springhill & Bury Hospices, Cancer Research UK as well as local churches and schools.

Advance the education of the public by promoting the study and practice of choral music and allied arts for the public benefit and in order to foster public knowledge and appreciation of such music and art by means of public performances in the Cheshire and Greater Manchester areas and to further such other charitable purposes for the public benefit as the Committee shall decide from time to time.

Orchestral rehearsals and public concerts

We organise high quality public classical music concerts in Wensleydale (and occasionally elsewhere) involving outstanding UK musicians and musicians visiting from other countries.Outreach activities/workshops to young people (eg. in schools) and other groups such as the elderly.Occasional practical workshops for amateur musicians.

We are just a parish hall where various activities take place, serving local people such as public meetings concerts choir practice etc. We also hold annual fundraising activities to help maintain the hall.

THE CHARITY PROVIDES FREE SPORT AND RECREATION FOR ALL WHO WISH TO PARTAKE. THE SPORTS INCLUDE RUGBY, FOOTBALL, CROWN GREEN BOWLING AND ANGLING. THE CHARITY HAS A BRASS BAND, THERE IS AN OVER FIFTIES CLUB WHICH HAS FREE USE OF THE PREMISES EVERY MONDAY AND THE CLUB PROVIDES BINGO ON FOUR DAYS OF THE WEEK.THE AGES OF PEOPLE INVOLVED IN THE ACTIVITIES RANGE FROM 4YRS TO LATE EIGHTIES. Operating Church Activities, Organising gospel concerts and raising donation to support the poor

The Choral Evensong Trust (Charity no. 1190208) exists to see an increase of attendance at Choral Evensong services in all abbeys, cathedrals, chapels, churches, and minsters, and to celebrate its three pillars: [i] its uniqueness as a British tradition, [ii] its provision of free music in communities, and [iii] its nurturing of musical training for young singers.

Raises funds to assist in the maintenance, repair, restoration, preservation, improvement, beautification and reconstruction for the benefit of the public the fabric of the parish church through membership subscriptions, donations, and village entertainment events such as concerts, barbecues, walks, history talks, cream teas etc.

Musical ARC is a unique ensemble of physically and sensory disabled and non-disabled musicians, who support disabled artists to be creative and to challenge notions of disability through professional performances and workshops. We create new, innovative and affective music and collaborate with other art forms such as dance, drama and story-telling, performing in various venues and settings.

Planet Birdsong promotes study and research into birdsong and natural sounds to advance the education of the public through music, technology and creative activities and promotes the application of birdsong and other natural sounds relating to sustainable development and the conservation, protection and enhancement of the natural environment.

Local organists Association that work as a body to encourage interest in church organ music across the county.We host annual organ recitals with celebrities. Members of the association also hold an annual composite recital in various locations. We also visit churches with interesting organs where members are invited to play if they so wish. We also host workshops and lectures of interest.

The choir rehearses weekly, and performs on average 2 concerts locally between September and the following May. It provides voice workshops to benefit its members, and, ultimately, its performances. It is a member of the South Cotswold Choral Group, and takes part in combined performances.

Male Voice Choir to foster and promote the education of the general public in the appreciation in all its aspects , relating to the practice,presentation and study of music in order to promote better and more widespread performance of male choral work , and to assist and support such other charitable institutions or purpose as the organisation shall determine from time to time.
