The objectives of The Pulham Orchestra is to advance,improve ,develop and maintain public education in, and appreciation of, the art and science of music in all its aspects by experience in instrumental and orchestral playing and the presentation of orchestral concerts and for the general purpose of such exclusively charitable bodies as the committee shall decide .

The objects of the CIO shall be to further the participation in, and enjoyment of orchestral music within Walsall and surrounding areas through the presentation of public concerts, performing at charitable occasions, and by such other ways as the CIO, through its Committee shall determine from time to time.

Provides financial support to the Arts in Gloucestershire

Promotes and stages chamber orchestra concerts which provide platform opportunities for promising young musicians both in ensemble and solo capacities. Performs some rare repertoire not often found outside London. Encourages young listeners with free admission. Provides a valuable cultural and educational service to the local community.

THE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA, PHILOMUSICA OF ABERYSTWYTH, WAS STARTED IN 1973 FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS, HIGH ABILITY SCHOOL PUPILS AND MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY. IT REHEARSES ONCE A WEEK FOR THE TWO CONCERTS A YEAR THAT ARE PERFORMED IN THE ARTS CENTRE.

TO ADVANCE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN, AND APPRECIATION OF, THE ART AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC IN ALL ITS ASPECTS BY ANY MEANS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT, INCLUDING THROUGH THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC CONCERTS AND RECITALS;

THE SOCIETY FURTHERS THE APPRECIATION AND ENJOYMENT OF ORCHESTRAL MUSIC BY REHEARSING SUCH MUSIC AND PRESENTING CONCERTS TO THE PUBLIC, AND PROMOTES THE ART AND SCIENCE OF PRACTICAL ORCHESTRAL MUSIC-MAKING BY ORGANISING AND CONDUCTING ORCHESTRAL WORKSHOPS. THE SOCIETY ALSO FURTHERS SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE COMMITTEE SEES FIT, IN PARTICULAR BY MAKING DONATIONS.

Concerts, Seminars and training

To promote, maintain and advance education, particularly musical education, and to organise and manage performances by orchestras and ensembles, including principally the European Union Chamber Orchestra.

Provision of bursaries for underprivileged students who are chosen to attend the 2 week course for the National Youth Orchestra of Wales. Assistance with the hire of music scores for the course, funding for overseas tours and awarding a prize for the most promising student on the course.

Synfonia's mission is two-fold: to help children find a way in to classical music by connecting it with other aspects of their lives, in school and beyond, thereby enabling them to access all the benefits that taking part in music activities can bring; and to provide vocational training, focussing on education work, for young orchestral musicians taking the next steps in their careers

Provides Orchestral Training for local musicians on a weekly basis during school term time, and gives at least three public performances in the year.

We are an amateur symphony orchestra offering an opportunity to play works from the classical repertoire to players of all ages and enthic backgrounds from within the local community. We put on three concerts per year to which members of the general public are encouraged to attend on purchase of moderately priced tickets.

The orchestra schedules three concerts per year, in central London locations. The orchestra also runs repertoire days, where musicians can study an orchestral work over a single day.

The Charity provides both financial and practical support to young musicians who play in Montgomeryshire Youth Music groups including our established orchestra and concert band plus new groups such as woodwind, percussion and guitar. They raise funds to enable members to take part in weekly orchestral rehearsals, attend specialist workshops and attend residential courses.

TO PROMOTE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN EDUCATION AND APPRECIATION OF MUSIC, ESPECIALLY THE MORE MODERN REPERTOIRE, BY PRESENTATION OF CONCERTS ONCE A TERM (ACCORDING TO THE UNIVERSITY CALENDAR) AND BY SUCH WAYS AS THE ORCHESTRA THROUGH ITS COMMITTEE SHALL DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME.

The charity produces concerts (usually three per year) for musicians and audiences in the West Cumbria region.

Choir of mixed voices providing opportunity for choral singing in Llandrindod Wells and also putting on concerts including one major concert with orchestra once per annum.

Encouraging young musicians from the Colchester and surrounding area in Essex to meet on a regular basis to rehearse as a Youth Orchestra and give concerts, some for parents and friends and some public concerts, for the benefit first and foremost of these young people and for the general pleasure of those attending.

Giving concerts to promote interest in the playing of recorders in a large ensemble. To introduce players to the scope of such a group and to entertain and inform the general public.We support a number of trustworthy charities as accepted by the group by giving financial donations. We give demonstations in local schools to educate and encourage young people to play musical instruments.
