We aim to encourage and educate able amateur musicians to participate in playing with a symphony orchestra. Each year we give several concerts for the enjoyment of the general public, and consideration is given to specific private engagements, both in Norfolk and surrounding counties.

Provides support to the Astor Community Theatre by raising funds to create and enhance the available opportunities for arts and music activities, education workshops, apprenticeship schemes, capital expenditure project and events to local communities of East Kent.

Our mission is to spread the City of Sanctuary network to Manchester making it a welcoming city, open and fair for all. We want to create a more inclusive and welcoming city to those seeking sanctuary who bring skills, enterprise, music, food and hard work to enrich our city. We run monthly conversation clubs and meals as well as offering practical projects and signposting services

Music teaching on most instruments for all ages (4 to 104!) and abilities, mostly individually but also in small groups. We also run bands, an orchestra, smaller instrumental groups, choirs and workshops for young children which are free to all members.

Meaningful, person centred support to people suffering with dementia so thattheir family carers can have some well needed respite.- regular sessions for up to 6 hours several times a week.- arts and crafts, music, board games, bingo, gardening, light exercise.- Days out, theatre, boat and train trips and trips to theseaside.- home respite provision- bespoke counselling for carers

The Club organises events such as swimarathon, duck derby, combined charities fair and music evening to raise funds for local, national and international charitable giving and to enable many other small local charities to raise funds.

To educate the public in the dramatic and operatic arts, and to further the development of public appreciation and taste in the said arts.

The charity carries out fund raising events to run and maintain a Village Hall for the benefit of the local community. These include social events i.e. Quiz Nights, Children's events, Music Concerts, Bingo, etc., and larger events e.g. Rock Show, Wedding Fayres, Christmas Fayre etc. It's also hired out for a number of activities e.g. Bridge, Yoga, Toddlers Play, Choir, Yoga, private functions etc.

We provide a venue for a full range of village and local / leisure activities including but not limited to; badminton, zumba, , stage plays, annual pantomime, horticultural events, parish council meetings, nursery school, dance class, wedding receptions and parties for all ages etc. We also act as the Polling Station for Local and National elections.

The object of the society is to educate the public in the dramatic and operatic arts, to further the development of public appreciation and role in the said arts. To do so, the society promotes plays, comedies, operas, operettas, concerts and other dramatic & operatic works of educational value. Recent productions include "Follies" and "Half A Sixpence" ~ 2013 is our 110th Anniversary Year.

To educate the public in theatre arts by the provision of quality amateur theatre productions.To provide training, to young people, in theatre arts, and to provide them with opportunities to appear in theatrical productions, with the added benefit of preparing them to become responsible members of the community.

The object of AOTOS is the advancement of education in the teaching of singing and subjects connected therewith for the public benefit.

The Charity manages the Arkenstall Village Centre buildings in Haddenham on behalf of Haddenham Parish Council for the benefit of inhabitants of the parish. It hosts village organisations, visiting artist companies, and various classes for children and adults. We raise money by letting rooms and through fundraising activities that involve the whole village in events, such as the annual pantomime

The charity offers financial support to Organists and their dependents, who for whatever reason, are unable to make financial provision for themselves. It also makes funds available to support organists in education with the cost of organ tuition.

The societies activities are the production of full scale musicals performed by both senior and junior members. These members perform the musicals for the general public of Workington and surrounding area.

Ensemble Cymru is a professional orchestral ensemble which brings chamber music informed by Welsh culture, history and heritage to communities and schools across Wales including areas facing socio-economic deprivation.

The Summer School for Pianists organises and runs a week of piano masterclasses and concerts each summer, thereby promoting, improving and advancing public music education.

Awards to young classical singers

The main activity is to produce a chamber music festival during August featuring many concerts over a two week period and other concerts from time to time. The charity has a policy to undertake its activity within historical buildings within the North York Moors, in particular historic places of worship, when possible.

A non denominational free church meeting three times a week for praise and worship open to all plus Sunday School. Bible study and prayer meeting.
