RASCAL is a group made up of volunteers, that work in partnership with the communities First team and other service providers to help improve the lives of Somerton residents. The Centre delivers: GP Referral, Youth Clubs, boxing sessions, Dancing, Drama, Parenting groups, Bingo, PCSO Surgery, Food Co-op, community cafe, Poker, workshops, IT courses, sporting and youth sessions.

The objects of the Charity shall be to advance and encourage the study and practice of the the Arts of Music, Speech and Drama.The Charity:1. promotes an annual Festival2. has affiliated to the British & International Federation of Festivals for Music, Dance & Speech.

Maintenance and administration of the premises. Activities include: Pre-school, badminton, carpet bowls, aerobics, table tennis, croquet, senior citizens club, karate, childrens dance,disabled group post office, .

(a) To further the work of the Church by the ringing of bells and to promote all aspects of the same. (b) The advancement of the education of the public in the art and science of bellringing, by promoting and encouraging the practice of bellringing and by supporting the recruitment, training and development of bellringers.

A gospel music festival for the Celestial Church Of Christ members, friends and community important for salvation through the power of God music, sharing the good news of Jesus Christ through songs that encourage believers, helps reduce feelings of depression and anxiety, improve cognitive function and promote a sense of peace and wellbeing.

We are a Nottingham based female barbershop chorus with over 90 members. We are seven times Regional champions (UK and Netherlands). We have competed in Las Vegas, St. Louis and most recently in Kansas City at the International competition, where we placed 9th in 2024. We work closely with our local community to share our love of singing.

Providing accommodation for all local groups, clubs, families and societies to enjoy all the normal facilities of a community centre for as low a price as possible (lowest in the area). Facilities include;- dancing, dance tuition (incl ballet), meeting rooms, sports and recreation, parties and celebrations, garden clubs & societies, stroke club, slimming classes, toddlers groups.

Valley Daffodils is a volunteer led group that provides activities to Disabled and Additional Learning Needs (D&ALN) young people and adults. We provide weekly and monthly sessions/events at various locations in Caerphilly to have fun in a safe, caring and inclusive environment. Some of the activities include pottery, music & dance, swimming, paddle boarding, animal therapy and sensory sessions.

We provide a low cost venue for use by groups and individuals of all ages in the community. Examples include the Scouts, dancing, exercise, whist groups, horticulural society, theatre groups, the local school and many individuals for meetings and parties.

We produce one main musical show annually in October, and a concert in the spring annually. We also give small, free of charge, concerts to local charities and organisations.

Social clubs for the elderly and women groups, karate club, dance classes and pre-school. Hall hire for social functions.

Amateur theatre group staging a number of productions in Southampton and surrounding area.

The object of the Society is to educate the public in the dramatic and operatic arts, to further the development of public appreciation and taste in the said arts by the presentation of dramatic and operatic works of cultural and educative value and to assist and further such charitable institutions and charitable purposes as the Executive Committee from time to time determine.

Money is spent enhancing curriculum opportunities for pupils by providing learning experiences such as theatre group, hiring topic based equipment, taking part in the church school festival.

Amateur dramatic.

We run a multi activity community centre. We house the local community Police team and Community library , Army Cadets, Dance Tazia and other groups including alternative educational lessons. . A Spiritualist church meet weekly, film and lunch clubs for the elderly use the centre regularly as well as children's parties. Community groups attend the centre for activities/training and meetings.

Kidenza provides live, quality, fun orchestral concerts and workshops aiming to inspire children to find out more about music, learn an instrument and perform with others. We support teachers so that they develop skills and confidence to deliver a quality music education, and convince them of the benefits of music on children's all round ability to learn.

Musical Theatre

Bridgend Male Choir a larger Welsh male choir which performs concerts to assist in fund raising for charities throughout the UK and to promote choral singing

Hackney Youth Orchestras Trust is a music school for children and young people living or studying in Hackney and neighbouring boroughs. The School's progressive concessions policy makes it accessible to groups currently under-represented in music education. Students are taught by professional musicians both individually and in groups, leading to regular free public concert performances.

To advance music education for under 19 year olds in Melksham and Melksham Without parishes, in particular, but not exclusively by providing grants for the provision of instruments, tuition and books.

Amateur Dramatics

Throughout the year we have been endeavouring to include activities for the whole community. Parents/carers, committee, staff and children have all joined in with singing at local church, fun day at village fair, trips out, leavers parties and generally enjoying themselves whilst helping others. Children developing relationships with their peers through playing/learning.

We are a Village Hall that offers facilities for local groups and organisations to rent and use for various purposes such as healthy living, drama, WI etc.

Provision of premises, Abbey Fields Community Centre, for use by the local community and organisations serving the local community in activities covering the music, art, health & fitness, sport, social and family activities for all age groups, backgrounds and interests.
