The charity operates a heated, open-air swimming pool for 15 weeks of the year (end-May to mid-September) and, in February 2012, acquired the freehold of Beccles' Public Hall & Theatre. Both facilities provide the community with, in the case of the pool, healthy outdoor activity and for the Public Hall, a place where the community can meet and enjoy theatrical and other entertainments.

Get Set Girls is a youth group targeting Hackney disadvantaged BME girls aged 15 to 19 offering: courses for qualifications. Personal Development Workshops, Health programme, community volunteering. Heritage research project, Drama production, Career guidance, linking with employers, resulting in a 95% annual success rate of service users entering employment, and productive youth.

Rifco Arts produces vibrant, accessible, high quality theatre which reflects and celebrates the contemporary British Asian experience; with a focus on enticing and engaging new audiences. The Theodora Children's Charity brings music, magic and laughter to children living with illness, disability and serious health challenges with Giggle Doctor visits. They are professional performers, trained by the charity, to work in a clinical setting to bring therapeutic play to relieve a childs' distress, and improve their wellbeing and experience of being in hospital.
