Leith Hill Musical Festival, which is based in Dorking, Surrey, is held in April each year and consists of three days of competitions and concerts for locally-based choirs. In March each year, it performs one of the Bach Passions (or Handel's Messiah) and holds competitions for choirs of young people.

The Trustees offer grants to young people under 25 living within a 20 mile radius of Sheffield city centre, who have, in the opinion of the Trustees, demonstrated need.
