The object of the charity is to provide a weekly 90 minute memory stick (USB) of local news, information, literature, both fiction and non fiction for the blind, visually impaired and those labouring under some temporary or permanent incapacity which makes reading a strain.

Promoting Civic Pride in Chippenham,ensuring that the heritage of Chippenham is preserved and seeking to ensure that new buildings are sympathetic to their surroundings. Seeking to stimulate interest of the general public through issuing a quarterly magazine to members and a programme of talks and visits. Collaboration with the local museum and council on subjects of mutual interest.

The structure and purpose of the charity is contained in an article published annually in the parish magazine. We normally make contributions to qualifying organisations in the parish every year.

The production of an ecumenical magazine or newsletter and the free distribution thereof within the Illingworth area.

The key activities of the charities being the annual conference, a bi-annual magazine and a series of public lectures which are open to members and non-members have continued to be delivered.

We provide advice, emotional and practical support and financial assistance to local kidney patients and their families and carers. Many of the management committee are kidney patients themselves and the trustees have a detailed understanding of the numerous problems caused by kidney disease. We are about to launch a members magazine and Internet web site (Sept 2019). We are based in Suffolk.

Record and Distribute weekly C.D.s of local News to about 40 blind or sight-impaired residents of the Borough of Newham.

WTN provides listeners in Wellingborough, Rushden, Higham and surrounding villages with weekly local news and magazine on memory sticks. Qualification is inability to read ordinary news-type. Approx.120 Listeners. We also exchange magazine tapes with other TN's in our area (Npton-shire). We have recently changed from cassette tapes to memory sticks. Players are issued free of charge to members.

We provide a fortnightly memory stick to the blind & partially sighted people in Mid-Staffordshire. This is a totally free service. We also provide the equipment into which the memory sticks are inserted. The memory stick consists of news, magazine items & information useful to the visually impaired.

Provides news paper recordings of local news for the visually impaired and blind people of the County

Recording and distributing news from local newspapers and items of general interest to those who have a disability which prevents them from reading written text for themselves. This is mainly in Banbury and the surrounding Oxfordshire district, but we have listeners in Northants, Warwickshire and further afield where ex Banbury residents have requested.

Public open evenings - 6 per year. Presentations at National Waterfront Museum, National Botanic Garden of Wales, Country Parks, talks & visits to other organisations. Evening lecture programme for members. Monthly "star-guide" in local newspaper, and on Society's website. National & local radio presentations.

To provide a weekly talking newspaper and a monthly talking magazine service on USB microstick.web site and internet radio, to app 300 blind or partially sighted in the West Shropshire area. Our newspaper and magazine last up to 90 miniutes

RTN provides a free weekly audio edition on USB memory stick for the blind and partially sighted who live in Redbridge and those who lived in Redbridge and have moved out of the borough but want to stay in touch. The edition contains both local news and magazine features.

A charity organisation that record selected extracts from the Welwyn & Hatfield Times on to CD for blind, partially sighted people, and those who have difficulty in reading due to temporary or permanent incapacity.

The Association now produces news and information from around the Royal Borough of Greenwich on weekly memory sticks. This free service is carried out entirely by volunteers.
